  Juan was so helpful and great that we came back and brought more lines and James was very thorough and walked us through everything. They have a great team and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

  If i could put negative 5 stars i would. Very disappointed !! Do not use this service. I was told i can try the internet box for my business for 30 days and if was not good to return it within 30 days. The service was not sufficient for my needs and plus i found better per price of service. However once I tried to return it that's where it went downhill. You see multiple complaints about the same thing . I went back to the store I got it from they could not help me and directed me to a headquarter store, spoke to a manager they sent back to that store that store set me to another location. Then I was recommended to call a number, the number gave me another number .. that number sent me back to the number. I have have asked customer service to please keep records of my call and they said that they will but when I ask for the history they said they dont take notes. They finally ended up sending a return envelope ...to return ... an internet box...... smh. I called together with the manager and was told to wait t weeks to get something...nothing.. called again was asked to wait a week again ... nothing. In between I advised that I getting notices about possible collections at this point I was told not to worry...... Got A collections letter messing up my credit. I called back Verizon to speak to a manager advised of this whole scenario she told me to hold on only to transfer me to the collections ... i felt defeated and gave up and will make sure I do my best to tell people not to deal with anything Verizon. This has hurt my credit and also one time while at this location while i was going through this discrepancy a manager tried to upsell me on service. SMH

  James was unbelievably awesome!! Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We came in with one thought and left with much more and very happy that we did so. This is now my store location of choice!

  James was amazing!!!! He explained every question I asked pertaining to my new phone and the comparison of each service plan. I was able to choose the best plan confidently with no regrets. He set up & transferred everything to my new phone. No hassle very easy process thanks to James
