We went into this second place and Nicholas helped us out. He was 10 out of 10. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Very patient and helped us transfer our phone number to a new device since we lost our phone. Called the helpdesk and whoever he needed to resolve the issue. We were thinking of switching over to T-Mobile, we even went and got a temporary line before we arrived. But because of him we will be staying with this service at Cricket. I can’t thank him enough for saving us all this trouble.
