    ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go here! It's ran by kids who have NO care if they mess up your bill by a grand. They are very reckless. Took over two weeks to get the phone activated because one of the employees was mad that it wasn't his sale. Even sent us home after staying up there all day so he could take on another sale. Our phones were paid for but not activated still. Then both of our phones were traded and to the point where I came up the very next day in reference to Bill questions. Kyler advised once he puts both phones the bill will change. It is now 3 months later and they kept one phone, turned in the other and the new manager can care less. So they now are charging me for a phone that was turned in. But once I found the receipt to prove it all of a sudden attitudes changed. They still caused a very huge error. Verizon also confirmed I did return it and the STORE, yes the store, did not send it to them but they took it in. Horrible horrible experience. Horrible negligence.

    I’m afraid that the review is split. The final tech assistance was all 5 stars. They did their best to get my wife a new iphone that was reserved for us that was stolen by another employee. The thief attempted to add it to my plan, but Version Corporate stopped them. It took over an hour just to find out what happened and then additional time lost transferring the “store display” to my wife. The techs remained polite and did their best.

    Even through 3 hours of tech support to figure out a glitch the staff was very helpful and were not going to give up. I love my new fold 7.
