When I returned the next day, the manager answered all my questions, resolved my concerns, and assured me he would take care of any billing issues if my first bill came in higher than quoted. I drove past a closer Verizon location due to a previous bad experience, and I’m glad I did. This store is clearly well managed, and the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. After nightmares with T-Mobile, it’s refreshing to finally feel confident in the service. Highly recommend.

Took a iphone to them because it wasnt charging. didnt even try to figure something out. File a claim, $100, and youll get a new phone in a couple of days. This is not the 1st time had issues with the sales people at this store. If youre not gonna buy a high price item, they dont want to help you, Went to the verizon store in Port Richey, they took a look at the phone, maybe its the charger cable, tried a new cable, lo and behold, phone started charging. Phone working in 10 minutes and didnt have to wait days. Dont use the store on Trouble creek dr in New Port Richey. Highly recommend the store in Port Richey
