    De’Shon was extremely helpful and quick! I told him I was running late for a show and he had me in and out with a new phone as fast as possible. He was able to find me all the ways to save money and even had the magic touch to unlock a completely green screen so I could transfer my content from the broken phone to the new one. He was really friendly too. I’d recommend you seeing him when you go in.

    Corey hands down best employee we have ever dealt with. Sat on the phone from Friday -Monday found no solution for my son’s broken phone. Went thru insurance straight bs…. Corey helped and figured a solution minutes being in store. Walked out with new phone very appreciative, great employee, we appreciate his time. Keep him around!!!

    I am very unhappy right now. Let me start by saying I have been a customer for 12 years and this is not the first time this has happened however I contacted Verizon directly from their official app and a manager was kind enough to fix the situation saving me nearly $400.00. The situation I am about to describe happened quite some time ago but I have been fighting every month to get it resolved until today. My husband works outside and is very hard on phones. His phone had completely become unusable so I contacted Verizon (through the app- not a store) I explained that money was tight and we had an old iPhone 6 we wanted to connect for him but since it was such an old phone we were told (factually) that we would need to go in store since we needed the phone immediately. This is where we went. We were seen by a trainee whose trainer wasn’t present but for a few brief moments. Long story short he told us we could get the phone he currently has free due to some promotion and oh “we can get you into the new iPhone 16 free too!” After asking how much we needed to pay out the door and then trying to upsell us on literally everything and the kitchen sink we agreed. They throw SOOOO much information at you and make it all sound SOOO cheap (especially with 2 free phones) and you’re there forever so finally you walk out feeling pretty good about everything. Until one day you’re looking at your bill and something isn’t adding up. You realize one of those “free” phones isn’t showing as free. That $19.02 a month that’s supposed to come off isn’t. I call every month trying to get it straightened out. Finally tonight I spoke with an awesome woman in some sort of management position of sorts who tells me that apparently there *was* NO promotion during the time we got our phones. My iPhone, yes, but I didn’t *need* a new phone! I only accepted because my husband was getting one and I thought it was an amazing opportunity for us both! So here we are with 24 months left to pay on this phone and we can’t afford it!! We were LIED to! Flat out! No excuses. I can say this with confidence because as I said in the beginning- this wasn’t the first time. It happened before several years ago. The only reason I didn’t write a review or contact the actual store is because of that incredibly kind manager or whatever his position was- not a front line employee, someone in a higher up position, fixed it so I wouldn’t be forced to pay for something I was lied to about! My advice- ORDER VIA VERIZON ON THEIR APP OR VIA VERIZON’s ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER. If you MUST go here- READ EVERYTHING!!! Get it ALL in writing and go over it line by line. Better still, CALL VERIZON and CONFIRM that the promotion is in effect, that whatever you’re told you will be paying is exactly what you were told. And remember you have 30 days, yes ONE MONTH to change your mind and return any device you buy! If you have opened the box they do charge a restock fee but it’s better than spending hundreds or more for a LIE! Please do NOT reply to my review as I will never come back to your store again and nothing you will say will make it ok!!
