They took the time to explain my options without any pressure and helped me find exactly what I needed for the whole family! The process was quick and stress-free (after we got our transfer codes from boost, happy to be leaving them behind!) and they even made sure everything was set up before I left. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends and family! A big thank you to Noah and Jay!!

When I returned the next day, the manager answered all my questions, resolved my concerns, and assured me he would take care of any billing issues if my first bill came in higher than quoted. I drove past a closer Verizon location due to a previous bad experience, and I’m glad I did. This store is clearly well managed, and the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. After nightmares with T-Mobile, it’s refreshing to finally feel confident in the service. Highly recommend.
