    Went in with a new phone and a Verizon "Bring your own phone" sim kit to get activation. It was close to closing time, so the guy told me he couldn't do it. It was like I was disturbing how he just stopped working on it and told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to finish it. I left very disappointed.

    Very disappointing customer service experience. My husband and I visited this location to ask about upgrading my phone and watch after seeing a promotion offered in my Verizon app. Unfortunately, we were not acknowledged when we entered the store. Rolando and another employee sitting at a table did not greet us or engage with us until we approached them directly. When I asked about the promotion and how it worked, Rolando simply pointed to the wall and said the phone was “over there,” without any explanation or effort to help. After looking at the phone, my husband asked if I could briefly hold one without the security mount, as I have very small hands and struggle with larger phones like the Samsung Ultra I currently have. While I understand that the answer may be no, the response was abrupt and dismissive. I understand the store was closing in about 30 minutes, but that does not excuse the lack of basic customer service. Rolando appeared uninterested, unapproachable, and as though he did not want to be there. As someone who works in management and sales, I strongly believe customers should be greeted, treated respectfully, and made to feel that their business matters. This experience was disappointing and not what I would expect from a Verizon store.

    Not coming back, no one greets when entering the building.The staff is on the phone the whole time. No one asked me “How can I help you” I had to walk up to them and ask. Ridiculous.
