Looks at my passport for a whole minutes as if that isn’t more powerful than any other form of ID. As soon as I went in there the Asian lady was like yeah he’s in here for EARPLUGS, and i was like nah they are earphones. She proceeds to grill me as if people are out here looking for Wired earphones To steal. Thank God I don’t have to come there anymore.

While the outcome wasn't what we wanted, Pete was incredibly patient and spent almost 2 hours trying to get me connected. Customer service was fantastic.
