  Agent Cole is the best!! I got an AppleCare replacement phone over a year ago and a couple months ago I switched providers but my phone was still locked to the original provider, me and my sister thought the phone was a lost cause and thought it would just be best to sell it on eBay as a locked phone but Cole was able to talk to Apple and got them to switch the IMEI numbers of the original phone to the AppleCare replacement phone, the phone unlocked within 24 hours which surprised us because me and my sister had been at it arguing with the provider and Apple for almost 6 months. Major shout out to Cole! He was also super kind and seemed very educated on his stuff.

  The Geek Squad is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. They showed up way too late for the first appointment and canceled the next two appointments without notifying me. I tried to call them and I get schedulers in Asia or South Africa. I will never do business with them or Best Buy again. I would strongly recommend that no one should ever deal with these companies

  Shame of a company I arrived a little bit behind on my appointment and they put me as a walk in and after waiting over an hour they just removed me from the appointment because they felt like it. It’s a shame of a company too bad I had to use them to replace my screen for my phone, but if you can avoid this place, please do.
