He was informative, polite, and just a true gentleman. He pulled out the chairs for my wife and myself. Was able to get us two new phones and did it all with a smile. At one point I felt bad how many with how many questions we were throwing at him but he handled it with the most professionalism one can offer. He even assured us when we left that we weren’t just a customer of Verizon and that we are indeed his clients and that’s he’s our representative and he’s here for us no matter how big or small the issue may be. Was definitely amazed a young man could be so on top of things. Will be sending friends and family his way.

They simplified everything for me and were so polite!
