Today I went to log onto Disney / Hulu account said it had been cancelled. I called back into the store and asked for Brandon the rep who picked up said I needed to provide him my ID to talk to him…. Like what? That I would need to come into the store? Crazy how a good experience can turn into a terrible experience due to an inexperience rep making it difficult. I would go to another store where they put time to train their emoloyeees
