  My 95.yo mother went to the Verizon store on Friday, Feb 20th. My mother had a problem with an app and I had told her I didn’t think Verizon was the place to go. But I was wrong. Upon entering the store, Associate Juan Ruiz met her and helped her to his station. He listened to her and then solved her problem and walked her to her car. Wow! This was customer service done well!! Thank you sir for being not only very professional but kind to a senior citizen. 👍❤️😊

Her professionalism paired with such a positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their stuff but also makes customers feel truly valued.
