Offered me a 10% discount for one year, when I called since I have been with them 10 yrs. Told they have many discounts available when I called complained! There is no such thing as Service!

I was lucky enough to also have her help me with my service for the day. She was friendly, personable, kind and very well versed at what offer would best match my needs. She worked her magic to not only get me the upgrade I came in for but found some great deals that Verizon had ongoing for other products as well. She didn't hesitate to break down the numbers and answer all my questions to help me make my decisions. She made me feel seen and heard which unfortunately isn't always the case when walking into a sales store. Rocio is a great asset to Verizon as well as a genuinely nice human being that seems to want to help and connect with those she interacts with. Highly recommend this location for your services & if you're really lucky you'll have Rocio there to help you with your appointment.

We needed to add a new line with a bring-your-own-phone and we only had a window of time to get it done. Christian said with confidence that we could make that happen. He was super knowledgeable and got the job done for us with ease! He was a joy to work with. We genuinely enjoyed our customer service experience. If Christian isn’t available, ask for Bill or Travis - they’re awesome too and very nice! I will only go to this Verizon now. :)
