  My husband and I needed help returning one of three phones that we had bought within the last few days; it was a bit complicated for several reasons and we were concerned that the return would not be simple. Samariah took care of the return efficiently and professionally. She also took care of everything with a great attitude (and a good sense of humor which we also appreciated!). She definitely deserves 5 + stars!

  Everyone was friendly. Greeted at the door answered all questions.... there were electronics, but the box store inventory was tvs appliances computers and games... was my mistake to not look at instore inventory online....

Instead of pushing the most expensive option, he walked me through several new laptop choices, clearly explaining the differences in performance, features, and price points. I appreciated how he broke down specs like processor speed, memory, storage, and battery life in a way that actually made sense. The laptop I chose was set up quickly and efficiently, with data transferred smoothly and basic settings optimized so it was ready to use right out of the box. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the guidance helped me feel confident I was getting the right computer for my needs—not just a quick sale.   Worst customer service ever. They will promise you the world but don’t follow through. It took 3 calls of 40+ minutes over 20 days to understand where my order was and for me to finally receive an email stating that my order was cancelled after they confirmed 5 hours prior it would arrive in 6 days. Support was outsourced to India if they feel they don’t want to deal with a situation locally. My recommendation is to go directly to the manufacturer if you’re looking for electronics or a different retailer / wholesaler where you’ll get the same or better deal.
