Meanwhile, multiple employees were wandering around aimlessly with nothing to do. I also wanted to check out a Mac Studio and demo the new M5 Vision Pro to decide if an upgrade made sense. Instead, I was told to wait until 6:30 — despite the demo area being empty and the store having more staff than customers. In the end, I walked out without purchasing anything — even though I came ready to buy a new iPad Pro, a Mac Studio, and possibly a Vision Pro upgrade. That’s a serious missed opportunity on Apple’s part. I guess it doesn’t matter when the paycheck comes either way, but it’s frustrating as a loyal customer to be ignored when ready to spend thousands.
