    Tech. Rae was very helpful. But waiting 2.5 hours for a battery replacement is TOO LONG! The week before - WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!- waiting time was 3.5 hours!!! What’s the point of having an appointment exactly?? You either don’t have enough staff or this place is very poorly run. Or both. This is Apple after all, not Walmart!

    I needed to reset my iCloud password. The application told me I needed to go to the store since I no longer have an iPad or iPhone. Arrived at the store and was told it'd be a 4-Hour wait to reset my password. And then they clarified that if I called tech support that they could help me right away. There was no reason for me to come to the store!

    Avoid the Apple Store in Naples, Waterside Shops, if you are looking for competent, knowledgeable sales people or "Geniuses". I had a string of bad experiences at this store.

    I just placed two orders with the most caring and kind person at this store, named Mullen (I hope I'm spelling that right). Caribbean brother from Jamaica! Mullen went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, asking all the right questions and providing me with all the necessary information. I hope you all realize what a fantastic employee you have. He is truly the best, and it was a pleasure to meet you, sir.
