    Went to purchase a cheap dishwasher and the Service I got from Brandon? Was what prompted me to write. His knowledge of all the appliances in the dishwasher area was amazing. Sadly the trust had me on a budget but we found one and look forward to it being installed tomorrow by your team. I will be back! Give that guy a Raise!! Blessings,

From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. I purchased a few items, and they went above and beyond in explaining the products in a way that was clear, honest, and easy to understand. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service like this—professional, patient, and truly customer-focused. Byron and Denise set the standard for what great customer service should look like. Thank you both for such a great experience. I will definitely be coming back!

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Best Buy and their customer service. I purchased a brand-new dishwasher just two weeks ago, used it once, and the top rack is already falling apart to the point where I can’t even close the machine. For a major appliance, this is completely unacceptable. When I called customer service to find a solution, the experience only got worse. The representative sounded like he was in a chaotic call centre environment there was loud background noise, people yelling, and it honestly seemed like he wasn’t focused on helping at all. Then I was told there was nothing they could do because I was “past the 15-day return window.” Two weeks. That’s all it took for a brand-new appliance to fail, and instead of helping, they hide behind a rigid policy. This is not a minor purchase it’s a major household appliance. A 15-day return window for something like this is unreasonable, especially when defects may not show up immediately. What’s even more frustrating is that this policy wasn’t clearly emphasized at the time of purchase over the phone. Customers deserve to know upfront so they can make an informed decision. Don’t wait until something goes wrong to point to fine print. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Best Buy. Standing behind your products and supporting customers should be a priority, especially when something fails almost immediately. Instead, I was left with a broken dishwasher and no help. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again, and I strongly encourage others to carefully review return policies before buying especially for expensive appliances. You don’t want to be stuck in the same situation.

    I had the worst experience after I purchased new appliances. Took me 15 phones call to get them delivered and installed. Right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing with delivery people. Finally got them installed. Service was so bad I wrote the store manager and the corporate CEO.
