- JJJocelyneApr 3, 20261.0I came in to purchase an iPad and asked an employee if there was a waiting list to be helped. I was told there wasn’t and that I would just have to wait. I stood at the iPad section for about an hour and a half yet no one acknowledged me. I saw other customers walk in and receive assistance almost immediately. which was frustrating, but I let it go. Maybe it was for appointments I assume. Even employees who finished assisting customers at the iPad station still didn’t acknowledge me either and left to another tasks. At one point, two customers went straight to the iPad section and were helped right away, even though I had been waiting there much longer standing there. It made me feel overlooked and unvalued as a customer. I’m not sure if it was based on appearance or assumptions, but it definitely left a negative impression. After waiting so long without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave.
