    We were so impressed with Michael G. at the Russell Cellular store in Miramar Florida. We had visited a Verizon store and left so frustrated that we were ready to switch carriers, even though we’ve been with Verizon almost 20 years. We decided to give Verizon one more try. We stopped at Russell Cellular and Michael was able to answer all our questions and to explain our options. We upgraded our phones and he even set us up with a better service plan with Verizon. Michael is the epitome of excellent customer service and should be rewarded accordingly.

    Michael is awesome. He helped us talk with Verizon ‘s back office to enable us to update all 5 phones even though only three qualified for the offer. We also made changes to our plan and now save 175 dollars a month for one year. After that promotional rate, will still be saving 75 dollars a month. Just awesome !!!!!!!!

    The Verizon tech was absolutely wonderful. He checked and double checked to see if he could get us th best price not only for the phone but for the overall monthly bill too. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various products and the 5G coverage locally and nationally. I would recommend using the young man at the Miramar Florida store in a heartbeat.
