    I came in on 9/13 to replace my disabled cousin's old iPhone. Michael was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me pick out a phone that was perfect for her needs along with a screen protector and case. He also took the time to review her account and was able to get discounts that would lower her monthly cost and make it affordable to add the monthly insurance protection! He even helped download her some games to play on her new phone!:) She was so excited when she saw the phone and especially having Candy Crush!! He was so patient and kind to work with! I was expecting it to be a tedious, stressful experience but it turned out to be the most peaceful and smooth experience I have ever had dealing with upgrading technology! I would highly recommend this store and especially Micheal to assist you! EXCELLENT customer service!!
