  The pinnacle of corporate greed! If you’re a long time resident of this area you probably remember this location as the premier pet care vet. Under VCA, no longer! They absolutely do not have any idea on how to treat, diagnose and manage pet health. Especially for CATS. On top of that, they are extremely heartless, apathetic and greedy. There’s something wrong when google searches provide better information. Avoid!

  I made an appointment and then sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes before I left never being taken care of. They took two walk-ins ahead of me who did not have appointments and were not emergencies. One had a cat that she just wanted checked because he was a stray that had been hanging around her house and had been sneezing some blood but had no signs of distress and they even said that to her that he seems fine but that they’ll check him. The second walk-in had a what they thought was a bladder infection and they even tried to convince her to come back the following day so she wouldn’t have to pay the additional fee for not having an appointment and when she said she’d prefer to be seen today they took her ahead of me. When I asked why they kept taking these walk-ins ahead of me since I had an appointment they said oh we’re just putting them in a room and you’re just waiting for a technician. Well guess who goes in the room and asks each client what’s going on with their pet? It’s a technician so clearly these people are all being taken care of ahead of my dog that had an appointment. Absolute worst customer service you can imagine.

  Pésimo servicio tenía mi cita a las 3:40 son las 5:30 y ni siquiera lo han revisado aparte de eso cobrando un examen cuando ni siquiera un doctor lo vio tuvimos que salir del lugar por pésima atender

  A great place and very close to my home. This veterinary place has: very friendly employees, they are respectful, they are knowledgeable, very helpful and most important straightforward. What is also important to me is cleanliness and the usual pet odors. This place is very clean and has ZERO off putting odors. Yes, your dog will sniff around… Aren’t they all. The exams are very thorough, even the Vet-Techs are all hands on, take very detailed notes, do take their time with you and suggesting good solutions. The wait time, well it’s a 24hrs place, unless you have an appointment you will have to wait. This is a popular place in Kendall. Pet parents will understand, they want their best for their little babies. Our furry friends... This place is easy to get to, with ample parking spaces. Emergencies have priority and, if there are more people already waiting, then you will spend some time there. CALL AHEAD! Make an appointment! If you have an emergency please call. There are also other VCA places around in fairly close proximity and, if “the shit really hits the fan” and your pet is super sick, or got hit by a car, god forbid, there is always VEG on Dixi Highway/Pincrest and one near the Design District. They are also really good places for big emergencies. The sitting area is very large, the exam rooms are a bit on the smaller side and clearly the small benches that are available to sit on barely hold two people; if. They should invest in BETTER seating options in their rooms. The bench at the front desk is ok. A fridge with water is available. Go on the VCA website and get your coupon for a free “first time” exam. Saves you money. The prices are as always a bit steep. It starts at $95 for a basic exam and warm handshake. $150 and change, without appointment. It can only go up from there. Better get yourself a good pet insurance. MetLife is reasonable priced and pretty good. Just to let you know… Good luck!

  Pesima experiencia!!! No respetan los tiempos ajenos!!! tome una cita para el Sabado a las 9.00 am a traves del link que me enviaron junto con un mensaje de texto recordandome de la vacuna anual de mi perra. Al llegar me informan que no tenia cita y que para que la atiendan deberia pagar por walking y no por cita previa, esta era $60 mas. Tome una cita para hoy domingo a las 9.20hs a la que concurri con tiempo suficiente. A los minutos de llegar me pasan a un consultorio para que espere alli con mi perra, a la media hora aproximadamente me dicen que tienen una urgencia y que necesitaban el consultorio, a lo que me trasladaron a otro mas chico, en ese momento yo consulte cuanto tiempo mas deberiamos esperar para que nos atendieran, luego de media hora y que nadie se acercara para decirme cuanto mas deberiamos esperar decidi retirarme de ese lugar sin ser atendido. Cuando fui a quejarme al front desk, ellos todavia no sabian cuanto tiempo mas deberiamos esperar. Inaceptable!!! y si usted tiene que ir le recomendare que vaya con tiempo de sobra ya que nunca se sabe cuando lo van a atender. Por mi parte yo nunca mas volvere a este lugar.
