I thought this was a one-off experience but this has happened every single time we have had an appointment here and after reading recent reviews, I can see timely visits are not something that they prioritize. We had an appointment at 2pm. We got seen at 2:45pm. they didn't start to take the blood work of our cats until 4 PM. Had to then sit in a discharge room from 4:30 to 4:50 waiting for them to give us medication. While we are on our way out, we found out they invoiced us incorrectly and had to spend another 15 minutes trying to find why we were needing to pay an extra $30.
