I waited 3 to 4 weeks for it to be checked and fixed, and to get billed $346 dollars to have the mother board replaced sound card and power source. I go in today because the exact same problem occurred. No power. The geek tells me “oh, you brought this in on April” and it was cod. Meaning I paid cash. Than says yea, we’re gonna have to Bill you again to look at it, for the same exact problem. You have 30 days and that’s it. Great customer service. I will never purchase anything from this Best Buy again. Let alone use there geek services. Rip off.

Called laplink they were able to transfer my data into alll the right places.. email folders in correct places, book marks on chrome as before. Perfect...
