  I was looking to switch from t-mobile to Verizon and went to a couple different Verizon location and this store was CLEAN, ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I had many questions and doubts and my two representatives Brian and Daniel were very helpful to make me understand exactly the plan that I was getting into. I highly recommend visiting the store They had a lot of patience with me and my mother and now we Finally did the switch and we’re Very happy With their services.

  Reynaldo is by far the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. This man doesn’t know what he’s doing/talking about. I had to be on the phone with customer service for 3 hours just to fix a couple issues he made because he was so desperate to make a sale. Save yourself the time and open an account online or if you really have to, with another sales rep. This guy is hot garbage. The only good thing about this Verizon store is that it’s right next to a Starbucks other than that this place is trash.

  We switch to Verizon and found a great team welcoming us. Hey worked with us to make our experience a great one and they did. I hope the actual service keeps as good as it’s been as of now.

  Excelente servicio. Cambié los teléfonos de toda mi familia y el equipo de la tienda me atendió súper bien. Se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme todo, buscaron la mejor opción para nosotros y quedé muy contenta. ¡Totalmente recomendados!
