I was looking to switch from t-mobile to Verizon and went to a couple different Verizon location and this store was CLEAN, ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I had many questions and doubts and my two representatives Brian and Daniel were very helpful to make me understand exactly the plan that I was getting into. I highly recommend visiting the store They had a lot of patience with me and my mother and now we Finally did the switch and we’re Very happy With their services.

Reynaldo is by far the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. This man doesn’t know what he’s doing/talking about. I had to be on the phone with customer service for 3 hours just to fix a couple issues he made because he was so desperate to make a sale. Save yourself the time and open an account online or if you really have to, with another sales rep. This guy is hot garbage. The only good thing about this Verizon store is that it’s right next to a Starbucks other than that this place is trash.

Poor customer service. They have two Verizon representatives working with one customer. They don’t even come to you and asked how can I help or good afternoon we ll be right with you. It’s like they don’t know how to make a customer to feel welcome. Sorry but they need to be retained. Where is the supervisor? He is probably the same way.
