    To my Verizon family. This afternoon solidified why Verizon, in my opinion, kick butt when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and overall network service! My girlfriend and I had an technical issue with our phones so we decided to come to Verizon to resolve the issue. We both were seen by, Steven Burbano. I articulated the issue concerning my phone and my girlfriend, and tech support couldn't help us thoroughly. Steven , listened and walk the both us through the resolution process. He not only exhibited great competency and knowledge on our devices but Ihe showed why being with Verizon is a great company. We walked away very satisfied!! You guys hired a gem. Thank you-- Jason

    Very bad experience – I felt discriminated against and mistreated I visited this Verizon store today and had a very disappointing experience. The representatives were rude and made me feel discriminated against. They showed no interest in helping me and didn’t resolve anything I came in for. I expected professional and respectful service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope Verizon takes action regarding this kind of treatment toward customers, because it’s unacceptable for such a large company.
