  Super unprofessional. I was waiting inside for 30+minutes while the worker didn't acknowledge and then left the people she was working with to another lady who arrived after me.

  I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Verizon location. I went in seeking assistance with transferring data from my old phone to my new one. Unfortunately, the employee handling my request made a grave mistake by wiping my phone clean back to its factory settings. To make matters worse, my iCloud backup only went up to July 31st, which means I lost all my data from the past week. What shocked me even more was the employee's lack of accountability and apology. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was callously told to "try going to Apple" for help. The dismissive attitude and lack of concern for the data loss I suffered was appalling. This experience has led me to reconsider my 15-year loyalty to Verizon. I'm actively looking for a new service provider due to the negligence and poor customer service I experienced at this location. Unless Verizon takes serious steps to address this issue and retrain their staff, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Verizon, you've lost a loyal customer due to the actions of one of your employees. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and work on improving your customer experience.

  Great experience. Anthony answered all my questions and were able to help me with my requests. When he needed his manager assistance, the manager was available and super knowledgeable. Great job guys!

  Buyers beware: This isn’t a true Verizon store, it’s a third party retailer named Russell Cellular who will be deceitful with a straight face. I went in today to upgrade my phone (it was 3+ years old). We didn’t want any changes to the plan because we were grandfathered into a certain perk for life. The salesperson said I couldn’t upgrade my phone with the full trade in value UNLESS I upgraded my plan. She said the upgrade was just for technological upgrades in speed, etc. She assured me the same plan would be in effect. Well, lo and behold, our same plan was not in effect. We lost the perk and needed to pay an additional monthly amount for that service. She LIED! We just called Verizon customer service. The representative confirmed they’re only interested in upgrading plans in order to make commissions and a plan upgrade was unnecessary for me. We thankfully had that change canceled and they reverted us to back to our original plan with the forever perk.
