  **Date of Visit:** November 30, 2025 (approximately 2:00 PM) **Location:** Verizon Store – 15365 S Dixie Hwy Ste 1-2, Miami, FL 33157 I have been a customer with Verizon since 2002... over 23 years. I have never experienced TERRIBLE service like what I experienced today. I visited this Verizon location on November 30th around 2 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After entering the store, I waited approximately 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all. During that time, the female customer service representative on duty made eye contact with me multiple times but did not greet me, say she would be right with me, or offer any indication that I had been noticed. Although she appeared to be helping a customer, the interaction seemed more like personal conversation than actual customer service. Even if an employee is assisting someone, basic professionalism and courtesy—such as a simple “I’ll be right with you”—go a long way. Customers should always be greeted and acknowledged upon arrival. Failing to recognize waiting customers reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards. This level of service is unacceptable for a company like Verizon, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future visits. I was on the fence about switching service providers but now I will be switching to ATT.

  Super unprofessional. I was waiting inside for 30+minutes while the worker didn't acknowledge and then left the people she was working with to another lady who arrived after me.
