    Quiero expresar mi profunda inconformidad con el servicio recibido desde que realicé la portabilidad a su empresa. Expliqué claramente que necesitaba un plan ilimitado para llamar a Venezuela, sin embargo, la representante que me atendió me activó un plan completamente distinto: un plan para llamadas desde Latinoamérica hacia Estados Unidos, lo cual no correspondía en absoluto con lo solicitado. Debido a este error de su personal, se generó una factura injustificada de $1,182, la cual fue debitada automáticamente de mi cuenta bancaria. Me siento robada y estafada, ya que jamás autoricé un plan con esas características ni fui informada de los costos que esto generaría. El día 3 de este mes, al enterarme de la situación, llamé nuevamente a Customer Service. La persona que me atendió realizó un cambio al supuesto plan correcto, pero tampoco informó que solo incluía 120 minutos. Esto confirma una cadena de información errada, falta de transparencia y negligencia en la asesoría.     Every time I visit this Verizon store, I end up waiting hours for something that should take 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of agents available, but they move at their own pace, chatting with each other or taking their time between customers. It feels like they have no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. If you’re coming here for a quick fix or simple service, prepare to spend half your day waiting. Honestly, it's incredibly frustrating. I don’t recommend this location at all.
