    extremely poor customer service at this location, unprofessional and far below the standards expected from a company like Verizon. upon entering the store, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. I remained seated from approximately 7:15 p.m. to 7:44 p.m. without any communication not even a courtesy notice that someone would assist me shortly. During this time, an employee appeared disengaged and focused on her personal phone, making no effort to acknowledge my presence. when I finally spoke with the assistant manager, I was told, “I thought you were with them,” which made me feel dismissed and discriminated against. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer service, professionalism, and accountability. Verizon has regrettably lost my business.

    Angelina & Daniel provided exceptional customer service. I tried upgrading and changing my email to my business account via phone. It took over 6 weeks and they still couldn’t fix the issue. I came into the store and they both fixed it in under 20min! The are a valuable asset to this organization and should be recognized especially in today’s poor service. Awesome job very appreciated.

    horrible customer service. you’d think that for being corporate they would have better service, but wow. after having countless calls and issues over having a phone being unsuccessfully shipped (at their own fault), customer service agent shelley said that they will take action on my account for calling too much. for an issue that they should be solving, or an issue that should not be happening at all, or so frequently. also said a phone model was out of stock, when after verifying with another actually good customer service agent told me there were in fact 600. thanks for the service, shelley.

    I want to give a huge thank you to Evereth and Cynthia at the Verizon store in Kendall for their outstanding help today. I walked in about an hour before closing with a stressful situation: I was past due on a device return and had already spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to resolve it. Even though the return couldn’t be completed in-store, both of them went above and beyond to help me figure out the next best steps. With their guidance, I was able to get a clear plan to obtain a shipping label so I can return the device and still receive the appropriate credit. I walked out feeling relieved and genuinely taken care of. What impressed me most was their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. They work in sales, yet they gave me exceptional service even though this interaction did not result in a sale or commission. That speaks volumes about their character and the type of team members Verizon should be proud of. I will absolutely be recommending Evereth and Cynthia to anyone who needs help. Whether it’s for a new phone or any sales-related question. If Verizon Corporate sees this review, please know these two are truly exceptional and deserving of recognition and advancement. They represent Verizon at its very best.
