My husband and me, placed an order (new Verizon customer via internet for my husband) on Feb 3, 2026, everything went well with the order, but Verizon ask us for my husband documents, which was ok with us, the only thing my husband needed to do, was to go to a store near us, to showing his DL and a bill, and this store near us was this one in Kendall.
He went to the store on the Feb 4, with the PRINTED ORDER plus his ID and proof of address documents, and was received by Rehinard Quinonez, the ONLY THING THAT THIS PERSON NEEDS TO DO in this situation was to enter the order # already placed by and signed for, including the transfer number, already done by me, in his tablet, and call Verizon to verify my husband identity via a 3rd verification way. (Every Cellular business does that)
He ignores the order, already printed, that my husband brings to him. My husband call me via video, and Quinones told me that the order placed via internet was a “tentative” one, in other words, not valid for HIM. I was working in my business and was unable to go, I told him that the order was valid, and the only reason that my husband was in the store is because he needed to show his documents and validate his identity.
Well, that person treated me bad, like a trash, because this conversation was via video, he ignored me since I was working from home in pajamas, a huge mistake, this person treats me like a (&&34$5) without knowing that I have an extensive knowledge of the industry, first of all, he doesn’t know how to treat customers, or how to close an internet order, or simply he needed his bonus that day, and placed a second order for my husband, without closing the previous one, resulting in my husband getting a duplicate order, his “tentative “ opinion about the internet order placed by us the previous day, was in result of two tablets and two phones with four lines. That’s was his tentative opinion about an internet order validated by Verizon.
Today, Feb 8, 2026 I was in the store with the ups box received from that supposed to be a tentative offer, with the extra iPad and phone, plus the tablet, and the phone he sold to my Husband in the store, with a result, of four lines and four equipments from Verizon.
I was very mad, as a business owner, my time is very short to deal with unqualified people and this situation results in time and money lost for me, but then when we reached the store, today Feb 8, 2026, I was received by Jeffrey, and JEFFREY, help us to fix The mess that the other person do. JEFFREY made my day, He illuminated my day and makes me to forgive my madness, he was sweet, patient, honest, looking in to the problem and situation, he was very transparent about the account, and he helped me, and my husband in any way possible, 100 stars to Jeffrey, who took his time to fix a mess made by other.

To Quinones: Not every customer is a dollar sign for you to get a bonus, if they don’t know the idiom, in fact you’re taking advantage of non English speaking customers.
If you are a Spanish speaking customer and you are going to this store in Kendall, ask for Jeffrey, unfortunately Quinonez don’t know anything about this business or cellular accounts. He even doesn’t know how to close an internet order and placing a new one, this simple situation is understandable when you have to go to the store as a new customer to showing your documents, but this person doesn’t know how to closing the previous order, or just don’t care about you, because you don’t speak English. For him that order is “tentative”
If I were Verizon, the bonus that Quinonez got for opening a new account, already placed and validated by Verizon , must have been to be paid to Jeffrey, because he needs to fix everything today for us.
The store is good, just some people needed to know how the business works, and since my husband was not 100% English speaker, the previous person took advantage of the situation.
