  Geek squad told me my phone had liquid damage i knew that was i lie, and it would be $399 to repair went to Apple 2 days later screen repaired $199 what did Apple find NO liquid damage

  This place ain’t worth the money that was spent. I brought my own CPU in to be checked in April, for no power. I waited 3 to 4 weeks for it to be checked and fixed, and to get billed $346 dollars to have the mother board replaced sound card and power source. I go in today because the exact same problem occurred. No power. The geek tells me “oh, you brought this in on April” and it was cod. Meaning I paid cash. Than says yea, we’re gonna have to Bill you again to look at it, for the same exact problem. You have 30 days and that’s it. Great customer service. I will never purchase anything from this Best Buy again. Let alone use there geek services. Rip off.

  I took an iPad to this Geek Squad to get serviced since I was having issues with it. I had made an appointment prior. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 45 minutes before, and the agent gladly took me well before my appointment time. He explained each step and kept me informed. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I did have to wait a little as he did some troubleshooting on the iPad. After discovering that the issue was with the device and not a software issue, he created an order to send in my current iPad to Apple and have them send me a new one. He stated it would take between 3-5 business days, but the very next day they called me to let me know that my new iPad was ready for pickup. Overall, I had a great experience and didn't have the hassle of dealing with the crowd at an Apple store.
