- JCJoanna CarrasquilloJan 7, 20195.0I took an iPad to this Geek Squad to get serviced since I was having issues with it. I had made an appointment prior. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 45 minutes before, and the agent gladly took me well before my appointment time. He explained each step and kept me informed. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I did have to wait a little as he did some troubleshooting on the iPad. After discovering that the issue was with the device and not a software issue, he created an order to send in my current iPad to Apple and have them send me a new one. He stated it would take between 3-5 business days, but the very next day they called me to let me know that my new iPad was ready for pickup. Overall, I had a great experience and didn't have the hassle of dealing with the crowd at an Apple store.
