    Mi experiencia en esta tienda de Best Buy fue totalmente negativa. Servicio al cliente pésimo, empleados prepotentes, creídos y sin la mínima intención de ayudar. El trato fue irrespetuoso y nada profesional. Es inaceptable que una empresa como Best Buy permita este nivel tan bajo de atención. Definitivamente no recomiendo esta tienda y no volveré.

    Pick up order are not ready by the time there supposed to be ready, I waited 2 hrs in the store, and my options were, said by the manager, you either cancel your order or come back another day. Really!!!

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a store manager named Prat and the poor customer service I received during my visit to your store. While shopping, I selected an item located on a shelf within what appeared to be a regular sales area. There were no labels or signage indicating that the item was part of an overstock section. The item was placed directly above a shelf label that clearly displayed a price of $449.95, leading me to reasonably believe that this was the correct price. When I brought the pricing discrepancy to the attention of the store manager, Prat, he advised me that the actual price of the item was $649.95. Rather than addressing the issue professionally or attempting to clarify the confusion caused by the shelf placement and labeling, he displayed a dismissive attitude and provided unacceptable customer service. His tone and behavior were rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect clear and accurate pricing, as well as respectful treatment from store management—especially when a mistake or confusion is caused by the store’s own labeling or organization. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Even though I was treaded this way I still purchased the item. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, including the pricing practices in the overstock section and the conduct of the store manager. I also ask that appropriate steps be taken to ensure customers receive accurate pricing information and professional customer service moving forward.

    I had an issue with a PC order that was caused by the third-party company that builds Best Buy’s systems, not the store itself. The store manager Rojas at the Tropicaire Best Buy went above and beyond to help me. He personally stepped in, reviewed my situation, and found a solution that not only fixed the issue but actually got me a better PC for the same price. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to take ownership of the situation truly stood out. This is the kind of customer service that builds loyalty. Because of his help, I will continue shopping at Best Buy and highly recommend this location to anyone making a big purchase
