El personal encargado de hacer los trámites de líneas telefónicas no sabe hacer bien su trabajo, dan información incorrecta y el proceso es desorganizado. Perdí tiempo por su incompetencia. No recomiendo hacer ningún trámite de líneas telefónicas con AT&T en este Best Buy.
