They should rename this place to worstbuy because pretty much any item in this store can be bought for cheaper elsewhere and I mean pretty much anywhere. Especially when buying TV's. Not only that but geek squad is very over priced and their selection of things has shrunk 10 fold. They no longer sell music or movies and the video game section is also just about to disappear.

About 2 years ago, the Galaxy Flip 5 with Best Buy's Memebership Protection Plan was purchased. It was understood that the plan would provide a hassle free replacement if the phone got damaged. About 2 months before the plan was to expire, the procedures for acquiring a replacement were changed no longer making the process hassle-free. Manager Desmond Leigh and Geek Squad agent, Frank (Kendall Location, Miami, FL), came to the rescue. Desmond honored the procedures of the original plan to get me an upgraded replacement! Then Frank went above and beyond to transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new device. That's no easy feat with a screen that was flickering and/or blacked out!! They both restored my faith in Best Buy and the Protection Plan!!!
