We came in a little late to get an emergency mouse replacement, all the staff was understanding and nice and we were in and out. However, the mouse on the shelf showed a sale price of 35 dollars and when we arrived at the cashier to purchase it it rang up at full price. No problem, I thought, I'll just go take a picture of the sale price label and show it to the cashier, which she agreed to call a manager over to override the price. However, the manager, Xavier, refused to honor the price because according to him, the sales price was only for a certain color of the mouse. The sales label however only stated the mouse name and a price, nothing about a color restriction for the sale.
Now, if it ends there then so be it, I'll have a black mouse with a full white setup. However, it doesn't! While I was trying to explain to the manager, Xavier, that there was only one price label, for both colors of the mouse, he explained it was because the white mouses were scattered around the store with the excuse of it being closing time. He stated very clearly that they had six white mouses in stock and that they just weren't where they were supposed to be since the store hasn't been picked up yet (which if you ask me, the store should be picked up periodically throughout the day to avoid this issue!) but then when I checked the stores stock online, they only had one! So not only was he extremely abrasive when it came to not honoring the price on the label that had nothing to do with color, but he also lied to my face! I'm very glad there's a microcenter not too much farther way that offers actual good service and respects their customers.

I usually go to this Best Buy, and they’re very polite and helpful. I wanted to leave this review due to an incredible customer experience with Kevin with Geek Squad and Desmond the MOD. Kevin went above and beyond to help me and Desmond was extremely helpful as well.

Loja enorme com muitos produtos eletrônicos. Os itens da linha branca são bem baratos. Assustada como uma geladeira é infinitamente mais em conta.
Contudo, celular, fone, caixas de som e alguns outros mais, não achei baratos para brasileiros. Preços quase iguais.
A verdade é que o real está tão desvalorizado, que muita coisa não vale mais a pena comprar nos eua.

Tuve que marcharme del lugar,estuve pidiendo ayuda y asesoría para comprar , y su respuesta fue que había que esperar ,mientras estaban en varias ubicaciones de la tienda sin hacer nada ,simplemente no quieren trabajar deberían cerrar la tienda

Our sales person was amazing and very knowledgeable. Most of all gave us space to choose. We were promised delivery for our refrigerator today 12/10/25 and like clockwork we were texted yesterday of the window of delivery. Received call today notifying they were on their way. The two gentlemen were very professional, explained everything they were doing, cleaned up all the extra material from the new refrigerator and hauled away our old one. They were efficient but not hurried and took time to answer any questions we had. Thank you for the overall pleasant experience. Will recommend Best Buy to my friends.
