I WENT THERE OVER THE WEEKEND TO GET A NEW MICROWAVE AND THE SERVICE BY EMPLOYEE ALBERT IN KITCHEN DEPARTMENT WAS TERRIBLE. HE WASN'T PROFESSIONAL WHEN I APPROCHED HIM, HE WAS DISRESPECTFUL WHEN I ASKED HIM A QUESTION, HIS APPROACHED TOWARDS ME AFTER WASN'T THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I NEEDED. ON THE OTHER HAND, GERALDIN WAS VERY PLEASENT AND PROFESSIONAL LADY. THANK GOD SHE WAS THERE AND CAME TO ME AFTER ARGUING WITH ALBERT TO HELP ME WITH MY BUY. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. SOME EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE TRAINED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH MORE RESPECT OR LEARN TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. HOPEFULLY THE MANAGER DOESN'T OVERLOOK MY COMPLAIN
Rude and unprofessional. As a best buy customer for years I don’t know what happened to this store in specific but things have definitely changed from the last time I came here to when we came 2 days ago. You guys have a new pretty unprofessional store manager. 2 days ago my dad and I returned two airpods that we had purchased at a different store. I don’t know why the cashier did this but at the different store he said we can get a best buy membership for “free”. Turns out it wasn’t and instead he just discounted the price of the products and slapped it onto the transaction. I was made aware by the customer service employee on this location when we returned the airpods. I didn’t receive the full amount we paid and I asked why to no response. The tattooed lady (I have nothing against tattoos) who was doing the returns had a poor matter of fact attitude saying the rest can only be refunded at the other store. So we asked for the store manager only to be met with even MORE unprofessional behavior and passive aggression. We expressed our concern and they refused to refund the remaining amount because it happened to be a membership that the other person at the other store slapped on. That isn’t our problem and when my dad expressed his frustration and said to let him speak to a higher up, JOEL the STORE MANAGER claimed there is no regional manager and immediately started calling my dad rude when he had said nothing disrespectful but indeed had a frustrated tone and reasonably so. While responding to my dad JOEL said “it doesn’t have to get ugly” which frankly sounds like a threat to me. All in all we were able to get the refund for the remaining amount but this is very unprofessional. It’s not our problem that best buy punishes employees for refunding memberships. If this is Best Buy’s standards for employment then no wonder they deny my applications. I have sent a report to best buy ethics. Best Buy, instead of snooping at people’s social media posts and comments when they try to get a job at multiple of your stores, why not snoop at how they treat others in person when you hire them? Some of your employees don’t seem to care. Instead of slapping on memberships and punishing your employees for refunding them, take a look at your ethics. Hopefully I can shop at this location again and not be treated this way.

Amazing service knowledgeable staff you can’t go wrong with this team from customer service to being a total tech member Best Buy will go up and beyond for their customers I want to thank Jaime that he transferred to the Best Buy in Dadeland to the rest of the team at this actual store super happy with my Sonos speakers all around my home Sonos amps denon receiver 86 inch tv’s Swann dvr cameras yale locks I mean the list goes on and on you walk into Best Buy they know what their selling to fit your needs highly recommend this store thank you guys

We had a great experience last night with Javi! We couldn't find a Micro SD that was supposed to be in stock. We drove far to this one store location specifically to pickup. A few members helped us look, but to no avail. As we were leaving and even in the parking lot, Javi was evidently speaking to his manager, Danilo. He called us back in because he got permission to give us a Micro SD with twice the capacity for the same price as the one we were looking for. Truly, above and beyond kindness!
