    Again Best Buy with their insanity , ordered to pick up in a locker because I don’t have to do line , or wait for assistance , and I was in a hurry for this item .surprise no locker system is working and my item is locked inside . I let them know , they told me the only solution is cancelling my order and order again . You guys have to solve issue not me

    The sell person didn’t put the stackable kit in the order. The delivery should be between 7 am to 11 am. The delivery company that is JB hunt showed up at 6 am, put the machines in the dining room and the other in the kitchen blocking. They didn’t remove the old ones and now we have to wait until next week for the installation. Horrible service, rude people that says you have your delivery and when I questioned the delivery time not explanation. This is the second time that I have problem with a delivery from Best Buy. Costumer service can’t solve anything, they don’t have solution to the problems.

    I am posting for Jose Santiago who is a long time Best Buy customer. He is the only reason why I went with Best and my experience has not been pleasant at all. I now regret why I went with best Buy. We have been screwed week after week, over and over again due to incompetent technicians and customer representatives. They don't communicate to their system so that when a customer calls, they know the history. We have to tell our story each time we call. We bought a TV and speakers on 1/4/26 from Best Buy at 8450 Dixie Highway, Miami FL 33143 for our back patio. Geek Squad installers came on 1/17/26 and installed the TV without problems. However, they had to leave as they didn't have the correct wires for the speakers. They did return, only to leave because there was a job they didn't finish somewhere. We were told they would return. We waited and nobody showed up, no courtesy phone call nor text. That was a Saturday so the following week, we were hoping someone will call and re-schedule, nobody did. By Tuesday, I called and the representative was unable to see in their system what work was done and what was pending so I explained that this is for them to continue an unfinished installation. She would not give me a schedule for Geek Squad to return unless I pay another installation fee, and so I paid. I was told she could schedule me for the following Saturday, 1/24 between 7am -12pm. I switched around my appointments to accommodate them. We found out later they changed our schedule to afternoon without proper notification. A tech called he was on his way but that he did not know what the job was. We explained. Nobody showed up. I cancelled on some important appointments for nothing. My Saturday was wasted and this is not fun when you work Monday-Friday. Now comes week 3, upset as we were, we called again because we know they will not call us. We secured a schedule for 1/31 which is today. Guess what? They did not schedule us. This Best Buy Geek Squad is the worst. Not only that no one knows what's going on, they don't communicate and most of all, they do not value long time customers. I am fed up and I swear to never use them again. I will have to pay another company to complete the installation they started. I hope they will reimburse me for the installation fee and compensate me for my losses. I cancelled 3 pilates scheduled sessions (I get charged each time) just because I do not know what time these unprofessional business people are coming. (Order #1126004241257) Update: since nobody showed up on 1/31 because they messed up, Joe called and spoke with someone supposedly higher than a manager. After a long and not very nice discussion, the best she could offer was for a Thurs, 2/5 or a Fri, 2/6 because they did not have any upcoming Saturday opening. We already told them from the get go that we are only available on Saturday due to work. You would think that after all the hassle they put us through because of their incompetent staff and flawed system, that they will work with us as far as Saturday schedule and soon. Nope! What kind of service recovery is that????

    Tuve una muy mala experiencia y no volvería a ir. Fuimos porque habíamos ido a otro tienda a buscar un open box y no lo tenían disponible por lo que en esta tienda si. Al llegar hablamos con un chico diciéndole que buscábamos eso y nos dijo que ya iba alguien a atendernos pero no llamó a nadie, luego de 15 minutos fui a decirle al chico de la entrada lo que buscaba y el si llamó a alguien para que me ayudara y fue muy amable. Cuando llega el otro hombre que nos iba a ayudar le digo lo que quería y me muestra en la pantalla el que tenía disponible, yo le dije que quería ese y me dijo que me convenía comprármelo nuevo proque solo te ahorrabas 12 dólares, le dije que igualmente quería el open box porque para eso había ido. Le digo si lo podemos ver y me muestra los dispositivos nuevos, me hace devuelta ir a la pantalla para mostrarle el que quería y me vuelve a remarcar que me convenía comprármelo nuevo, le dije que quería el open box y va a abrir donde estaban los dispositivos open box, me dice que era ese y por poco me lo tiró encima con mucha mala actitud. Yo pensé que ya había terminado e iba a ir a pagarlo pero tuvimos que pagarlo con el, siempre fue muy maleducado, poco paciente y poco asertivo, porque desde un principio le dije lo que quería y “se negó” a dármelo. Era un señor pelado con barba, espero que cambie su actitud o que cambie de trabajo porque fue inaceptable y súper irrespetuoso.
