- RVRay VasquezNov 5, 20251.0Went in to replace a faulty battery for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and was told they will not replace the battery due to my phone being “water damaged” absolute lies there was only corrosion on the phone due to a past water damage experience that I was able to fix and resolve. They said I had to change the frame of my phone and were charging me $600 for the whole repair. Ended up taking it to a very reputable third-party shop that has my phone working as good as new. Shame on you Apple for being so greedy with your customers.

My phone had been hijacked by a hacker, who eventually cut off all service— I couldn’t make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. AT&T, our service provider, had just told me that they couldn’t help me. Christian at The Apple Store, was a true Godsend. He helped me every step of the way, & helped me understand what needed to be done. I am so appreciative of the assistance & kindness I received from the staff at Apple— absolutely wonderful ! Thanks again, Christian !
