- BBbriDec 4, 20251.0Do not get your new phone from this store!!! They don’t know what they are doing, and more when it comes to upgrade you through your carrier. If you get any employees to assist you by the names: Daniels, Alvaro (Manager) or Lorena (customer service), run immediately from that store or you will ended up with a nightmare on getting a new phone. They messed up the phone returning to be able to swapped phones, my upgrades, phone installments, and ended up with an active line without a phone. Ridiculous!!! Get my advice!!! Go to Dadeland Mall better!!!
