  When you need new gadget, try to go to Apple in the World Trade Center. Store was neat, staffs were super helpful particularly thanks to Jason! From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering all my questions. He took the time to make sure I understood all the features and options available, and never rushed me at all. Jason made the whole process smooth and stress-free, His customer service is top-notch and genuine, highly recommend him if you're in need of assistance!! Five stars service for this guy!!!

  Fui à loja da Apple no dia 09/11/2025 buscar o iPhone 17 pro Max que comprei pelo site. O sistema não disponibilizou automaticamente a compra, mesmo me dando um horário para lá estar para buscar o aparelho. Na loja, nenhum atendente deu detalhes de como atender, o que me gerou desespero. Apenas um, muito atencioso, chamado Carlos, que fala muito bem o português, minha língua, foi solicito em me ajudar na resolução do meu problema. Carlos foi extremamente gentil e recuperou totalmente o prestígio da loja com o seu belo atendimento. Recomendo a loja, desde que seja atendido pelo Carlos. Os demais não me deram a atenção que eu precisava.

  "Carlos was amazing! He helped me resolve an issue with my iPhone order when no one else seemed willing to assist. Despite the language barrier, he was patient and proactive, even calling Apple support on my behalf to get the problem solved.   En mis últimos viajes a Miami siempre he tenido que pasar a esta tienda a comprar algún dispositivo o accesorio nuevo y destaco mucho la buena ubicación de la tienda dentro del Downtown (sobre todo cerca a la estación de Brightline de Miami) como también la buena atención que tienen pues cuentan con bastante personal de servicio al cliente que resuelve tus inquietudes tanto en inglés como en español. Además el pago y la entrega de los productos es casi inmediata.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store at Miami Worldcenter thanks to Geraldo. He helped me with my purchase, answered all my questions, and walked me through the options patiently and clearly. He made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and confident. The store itself is bright, well-organized, and the staff were all friendly, but Geraldo stood out. I highly recommend visiting this location and ask for him if you’re shopping there great service like his makes all the difference!
