Les Apple Store sont d’une beauté, peu importe la ville et le pays où ils sont implantés à travers le monde.
Le récent Apple Store de Miami se fond dans Park West, c’est une très belle réussite !

I came to get an iPad and the person did not explain to me that there are two options. Came back a second time and the representative was lovely and knowledgeable. Guided me much better than first person that had not a clue what in the world was going on. Gave three stars because my second experience was way better and would have gotten them 5 stars. The super tall man that looks like a linebacker is great and helpful! Find him if you want good advice on what to purchase. He explains things clearly and doesn’t waste your time!

After dropping my phone into the toilet, I tried drying it over night, hoping it would recover but in the morning the screen was black. First thought was going to an Apple Store. I made an appointment with Genius Bar at Apple Worldcenter online, still had to wait half an hour upon arrival at the store when I finally was called by a technician. He just looked at my phone and told me that I had to go to Dadeland Apple Store to get a part for my Iphone 11. So I got back on the road and went to The Apple Store Dadeland Mall. There, I was met by a technician who also just looked at my phone, wanted to give me a new IPhone 11 in exchange of $399 and my old phone. This without even checking if it could be repaired or if there was any way to recover my data. I was not allowed to buy the new phone without leaving the old phone with all its data, which Apple was going to refurbish.
I refused the offer and left with my broken phone.
Totally desperate and discouraged, I drove to an IPhone Repair Shop. They repaired my phone in a few hours for a very reasonable price.
Lesson learned: don’t ever go to Apple Genius Bar, they have no interest in repairing your phone!
