My husband took me to get a new phone, since mine was years old and due for an upgrade, and immediately Pierce caught my eye as the service person to help us. Coincidentally the manager brought him over and he could not have been sweeter. He was so young but extremely professional, engaging and friendly. He answered all of my questions (I’m so not techy) grabbed me the right phone and was kind enough to refund me when I brought him a case that was too small. (Totally on me) what a wonderful experience! He made me forget how crowded the store was. Totally darling, humble guy. Of course the phone is phenomenal but what impressed me most was the level of detail and attention I received! Pierce is a keeper for sure!!!

This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any Apple Store. I went in only to replace the front glass of my camera, a service that should have cost $29.99 through my insurance, and I ended up being charged $100 for a supposed camera replacement I never asked for. To make things worse, I was stuck waiting for more than two hours with no organization or communication, and after that long wait, they told me I wouldn’t be charged for the service — yet they charged me twice. This was not a simple mistake; it was a complete lack of professionalism and control.
Honestly, I no longer trust this store. They are disorganized, confusing, and clearly don’t verify what they’re charging. If you go, be prepared to lose your time, your patience, and possibly your money.

I was helped by Devon to get my new iPhone.
He was honestly great assistance the whole time! I had a lot of questions about the credit card and financing, and he was very patient when helping me sign up with the card- which I ended up withdrawing my applicaiton in the end because the system kept not being able to read the pictures I was uploading to the system. (I would suggest the store have some dark surfaces on hand for when taking the license pictures)
He also kept the whole interaction fun while telling me about his travels to Japan after I told him that's where I live and I'd had questions specifically about purchasing my iPhone in the States but then setting up the Apple Care in Japan (it is possible by the way)!
He went out of his way to ask his manager to make sure he had accurate information about that! He offered many options to purchase the insurance either after I get the phone, or asking if I wanted to do it at home, letting me know I could choose which option worked best for me! He really went the extra mile to help a customer feel that special Apple Care 😆
I'm so grateful and blessed for the wonderful assistance I received! I hope that many other people can have as wonderful an experience when visiting this shop 😁✨

Tuve una experiencia terrible. A pesar de tener una cita y hacer el check-in, me hicieron esperar 30 minutos sin explicación. Fui para reemplazar la batería de mi iPad, ya que se agota en solo 4 horas. El personal me informó que, según su diagnóstico, el iPad estaba "bien" y que no ofrecían cambio de batería (algo que sí se promociona en su sitio web), sino un reemplazo completo del dispositivo.
Lo peor fue el trato del Gerente de la tienda. Me explicó de forma inadecuada que no podían hacer el cambio a menos que el sistema arrojara un error. Luego me dijo: "¿Pero cómprate el nuevo que ha salido, o no puedes?" Este comentario fue extremadamente ofensivo y denigrante, sugiriendo que no podía permitirme un producto nuevo.
Intenté explicar que el iPad funciona perfectamente, salvo por la batería defectuosa, pero él continuó hablando sin tacto y con falta de respeto. Pésima atención al cliente y absoluta falta de profesionalismo, especialmente por parte de la gerencia. Discriminación y cero solución a un problema genuino.

I had a terrible experience. Despite having an appointment and checking in, I was made to wait for 30 minutes without any explanation. I went in to replace my iPad battery because it drains completely in just 4 hours. The staff informed me that, according to their diagnostic, the iPad was "fine" and that they don't offer battery replacement (even though it's advertised on their website), only a complete device swap.
The worst part was the treatment from the Store Manager. He inadequately explained that they couldn't process the replacement unless the system showed an error. He then asked me: "But why don't you buy the new one that just came out, or can't you afford it?" This comment was extremely offensive and demeaning, implying I couldn't afford a new product.
I tried to explain that the iPad works perfectly except for the faulty battery, but he continued to speak tactlessly and disrespectfully. Dreadful customer service and an absolute lack of professionalism, especially from the management. Discrimination and zero solution to a genuine problem.
