    Recently purchased a MacBook and when I found out the Apple Store does free in store classes in how to use your Apple products, I signed up for a class. They helped me SO MUCH with so much more than just my MacBook. They fixed my phone, helped me learn a ton of new stuff and were genuinely just incredibly friendly. This store has over 250 employees with 80 working on any given day!!!!!! Great customer service, and super friendly AND helpful! Will definitely be back for more of the free classes special shout out to Alicia (hope I spelled that right she was one of the trainers who did the MAC class) Alex, Brianna and Karen!!! (There were more but too many names to remember!)

    AVOID Using Apple App Store for Subscriptions!!!! I paid for a ChatGPT Plus subscription through the App Store and never received access. Despite this, Apple refused to issue a refund. Paying for a service and getting nothing in return is unacceptable. I trusted the App Store payment system to protect customers, but in my case, there was no real support or resolution. Be cautious when purchasing subscriptions — if something goes wrong, you will be left without help.

    I shall write you a letter Mr. Matthew’s, all you simply have to do is remove the trespass and I shall leave you alone and I shall remove the review. If you refuse then I will aggressively document! I hope you know I was simply joking about you getting fired but unfortunately you have turned me into a monster and I don’t want to be a monster and I love Apple and their precious employees from The Falls, Aventura, Brickell. I love all the precious employees from your store or I thought I did… I don’t understand what all of this had to happen to me? Do you think this is fair what you did to me? No it’s not! So I’m giving you a chance and I shall write you a letter. I’m warning you, if you trespass me from every Apple Store I will let every Apple Store know what you did to me and I will write a review on every single Apple Store in America and I shall document a police report for every single trespass I am given for not being allowed to walk into any store if you choose to do so. I also will choose to exercise my rights! Further documentation will merit the possibility of Civil litigation Mr. Matthew’s. Please be careful with what you do as I am not the person you want to mess with. Based off of cynical corporate laws do you realize that every police documentation I gather further fuels my case more and more and more and more and more. So please Mr. Matthew’s I urge you to be careful, I mean this respectfully and with all due respect to not quarter a much more serious issue to your corporate channels in consumer rights, filing formal complaints. Complaining to the Ethics & compliance line of Apple and what happened with the trespass of the entire mall. Please and thank you. Please remove my review again Mr. Matthew’s All you simply had to do and your managers were to speak to me about the discomfort of your employees and judging me and treating me as horribly as you did! Unbelievable that security Alberto told me it was a 4 month trespass and it turned into a ban. I wonder who was it that told Alberto that? Anyways, that’s okay I shall continue to document what you are doing. It is truly sad how Robert Matthew’s continues to silence my reviews because he doesn’t want to take accountability for his actions Let’s play a game of chess Mr. Matthew’s I will make sure everyone knows what you did to me, I will investigate aggressively against the security of Dadeland Mall and the horrendous treatment of that other store Ferragamo as well. Truly disgusting How about Mr. Matthew’s I put your name on every other store review and I let them know what you and the security and Ferragamo did to me? I’m assuming you continue to abuse your position of power Your managers hopefully if they also continue to abuse their position of power Shall I continue to document Continue to fuel my documentation It only furtherly makes it worse for you

    No entiendo cómo funciona el sistema de citas de Apple dadeland hice mi cita con anticipación llegué 10 minutos antes de la hora me anunció con la persona de la entrada estuve por 20 minutos esperando y evidentemente haces la cita por qué tienes el tiempo medido, me levanto a preguntar y mi cita había sido cancelada por qué el sistema no sabe que estoy acá y me siguen haciendo esperar veo múltiples personas con el informe de Apple haciendo nada de de igual manera nadie me atiende hay un montón de personal caminando por toda la tienda pero sin hacer un trabajo eficiente no los recomiendo es irrespetuoso lo que hacen

    Worst customer experience service ever was 10 minutes late for 330 appointment was told I would have to wait two hours then was told that I could go to another Apple Store that had an appointment in an hour and that I would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes so what’s the point of me having to wait 5 to 10 minutes for scheduled an appointment? If at 10 minutes my appointment gets canceled. Make it make sense. Apple your Apple employees suck at customer service mind you several employees just standing around hanging out chatting.
