Apple Store is usually quite crowded, especially on weekends. Valet parking is available at front entrance of Dadeland Mall. During Christmas holiday season, valet is a time-saver. Parking lots are full and stay full all day and evening, especially weekends.

After an hour waiting watching everyone who was checked in with me leave I asked another agent to help me they told me someone was already assigned to me so ultimately I had no choice but to leave without my product even being diagnosed.
