Came to the store waited an hour to get my
Phone port cleaned because it was broken then checked in with a random associate - he said “Go talk to Gabby she’s the girl with the black glasses and ponytail” I talked to Gabby and she cleaned my port personally, the only issue I had was that I didn’t get to her sooner, oh well.

La semana pasada fui a la tienda , a q me revisaran mi celular , y unos de los chicos súper grosero con una cara literal de perro bravo, me habló de muy mala forma , me dijo q en 2 horas me atendían y si no quería esperar q regresara mañana …..Una tienda tan grande con tantos empleados y vayas a solucionar algo y te traten de esa manera …😡

We had a scheduled appointment to test Division Pro at 5:00 PM. We arrived on time. The Apple employee told us he would be there in about 6 minutes, but he wasn't. We waited for over 20 minutes and no one came. For such a product, this is absolutely terrible service.

Great store, as long as you don't get the officious employee Avi to check you in who belittles you if you make a mistake, then refuses to be polite after you ask nicely. Doesn't care about his job, doesn't care about the customers, doesn't care about his appearance, perhaps that is the source of his bitterness, I don't know. Soured the experience, would not go back. Worst experience in any Apple Store by far

Soy cliente de ustedes des hace años y se que con una compañía con un excelente servicio. Lástima que su empleado Josh de rastas trata mal a las personas y al hacerle preguntas responde con mala actitud. Entiendo tener tantos clientes es aterrador pero consigan personal con la capacidad de atender de buena forma. Siete de grosero no me quiso dar información
