  Had an appt here on Friday Feb 20, 2026 @7:45 pm. Arrived at 7:35. Checked in with a girl with three nose rings she says I’m “checked in.” I patiently wait and try to reason away the fact that I had watched people enter walk up and get help and leave for 15 minutes. That’s fine I’m early. Cut to 8:10 when I finally decide I’m done being patient…oh sorry you’re now checked in someone will be with you shortly. Another 10 min until I was seen. Spent an hour in this place that should have been about 15-20 min. Useless people. Got my shit fixed tho

  This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this store. The first time, I brought my AirPods Pro Max to be checked, and the employee who helped me simply said they couldn’t be fixed. He didn’t even take the time to examine them or see what was wrong — he just told me I needed to buy new ones. The second time, I went to the Genius Bar to replace my phone screen through AppleCare. I was told the wait would be about an hour, but when that time passed, I was informed that my appointment had been entered incorrectly and I would have to wait another hour. Very poor customer service. Don’t waste your time here — it’s better to go to the Miami Worldcenter or South Beach location.

  Going to the Apple Store is my personal hell. It is a testament to their brand stronghold that they can get away with such an awful service model. I avoid getting a new phone for as long as possible because I generally find the upgrades pretty unimpressive between one generation to the next, but a few have gone by and I have decided I will upgrade now that planned obsolescence has begun to take hold. I have stopped by four Apple stores in the last 6 months because I happened to be around one and had some time and have walked out of all of them after being unable to get any attention or service. I can’t think of any other company I shop with which makes it so difficult to engage in a $1200+ transaction.

  AVOID Using Apple App Store for Subscriptions!!!! I paid for a ChatGPT Plus subscription through the App Store and never received access. Despite this, Apple refused to issue a refund. Paying for a service and getting nothing in return is unacceptable. I trusted the App Store payment system to protect customers, but in my case, there was no real support or resolution. Be cautious when purchasing subscriptions — if something goes wrong, you will be left without help.

  The Apple Store in Brickell has been absolutely marvelous with the customer service that I have received. I have so much trauma from the horrendous treatment from Dadeland Mall that I’m scared if it’s okay to charge my phone. The employees here have so much class and they go above and beyond to even get me a cable and a charger! I happily bought the band for my Apple Watch just as much as I also bought a cable that I really needed and I would love to continue to buy products and conduct business at this Apple Store moving forward.
