    I had a horrible experience purchasing my Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Best Buy. My first order arrived defective—the watch wouldn’t even charge, and the charger included was not an authentic Apple charger. I decided to give them a second chance and reordered the watch for delivery, which turned out to be an even worse mistake. The FedEx driver failed to obtain the required signature and left a visibly tampered package in my driveway. When I opened it, the Apple box had already been opened—and it was completely EMPTY. The watch and band had clearly been stolen. I reported everything immediately, with proof, but Best Buy transferred me to primary care department and ultimately refused to issue a refund, telling me to file a police report instead. For a purchase over $600, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Best Buy should ensure secure delivery, especially for high-value items. This experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I will never purchase from them again.

    I am giving 1 star just so I can write a review. My wife and me walked into the Kendall store to purchase a smart tv and an AppleTV, 2 times my wife asked for assistance from a worker with a blue shirt on, we were told someone was going to come . We waited for 15 minutes no one came, yet there workers everywhere talking amongst themselves. We have used this store since it open because it’s close to our home, after the treatment we received we will never go back , very sad that with money in hand no one wanted to help us . This was Tuesday afternoon March 24 2026.

    Pésimo la atención al cliente, los trabajadores de best bay pareciera que no saben muy bien las promociones y forma de realizar la venta qué están haciendo, no atienden amablemente, no saben explicar el proceso que están haciendo sobre la compra que uno como cliente está haciendo. Vuelvo a decir, Pésimo costumer service.

    This store has a serious issue with back dooring specifically pokemon products. Everyone in the community knows it, everyone in the hobby has horror stories of lies, deflecting, and knowledge of inside shady activity from this specific store. I’m a huge hobbyist and know what pokemon products are in circulation. Everytime I come to this specific store they always claim to not have specific products and when you give them the skus they always appear to have “in stock” but “can’t find it”. This happened to me 3 different occasions, but only this store. Strange this is everytime I go to other stores and give them skus, their inventory always matches exactly what their system has. I made the line at this Best Buy (my local) and was very hesitant to, given my previous experience but was pressed for time (also don’t want to believe that a store is constantly back dooring product, but now I’m convinced). When I get to the register to select and pay for the pokemon products, the cashiers showed us what they had available. I was hoping for another product based on circulation from pokemon company. When I asked the cashier “you sure that’s all the products you have” he said yes. I then asked him to check a sku and he did confirm the system said they had 2 in stock so he asked the manager on duty. He didn’t really seem to want to help me, but rather just get me out of the store. He couldn’t give me a legitimate reason as to why the count was off and was giving me some Mickey Mouse answers that just frankly won’t fly with a veteran patron of Best Buy as myself. When I finally told him my issue always occurs with this store and multiple times now, the other customers behind me started all saying the same thing. He became very flustered and then was trying to give me suggestions to “help” me, but was actually just being rude and arrogant. He would give me suggestions and when I did his suggestions real time in front of him to show him that doesn’t work and is not gonna solve my problems, he became more frustrated. Made a specific comment “well if you know you always have an issue in this store, why don’t you go to another store, just trying to help you out so you don’t waste your time and not get that product somewhere else”. Noted I will definitely not be shopping at this location ever again. I did not purchase the products they had available out of principle and when I realized that he actually wasn’t trying to help and was not going to help me solve my issue, I asked for the store manager or his info, if he wasn’t available. He immediately started gate keeping and didn’t want to give me that info saying “but I’m the manager on duty”, yes one that’s clearly not trying to help. The Operations manager was close by and overheard everything when she intervened and told him she would take care of it. This conversation was much better than the first interaction but at this point I’m trying to help solve a community issue in this store. She gave me conflicting stories of how “the system updates on its own and it does so every 2 months, so those numbers are probably old” to when I told her that I was in the store yesterday and at that time inventory showed 0, meaning the inventory is new and updated real time. She would say things like “I don’t physically count this inventory”, and then asked for the sku again so she can update her inventory so the same thing doesn’t happen to other customer. So then I told her, ok so you guys actually can manually manipulate the inventory numbers. She said yes, a few members can. The whole thing seemed shady. I buy at this Best Buy a lot (not just pokemon cards) as it’s my local store, but I will definitely never purchase in this store again. To add insult to injury, my friend went to the dadeland Best Buy where they not only had the product, but had the exact amount shown on their inventory. Imagine getting out of work, making a line, just to be constantly disappointed by magically inaccurate inventory numbers. Known problem with this store in the community.
