  In general, the staff is helpful and kind. However, one associate called Natalia was rude when I played some music on a speaker and I walked over to the other side of the store, she turned off the music without asking me if I was still listening to the music or telling me whether I could play music or not. Anyways, I did purchase some EarPods like two months ago and they work really nicely and are quite affordable at about $20 (at the time I purchased them).

  so unhelpful they told me they would repair my mac and they wouldn’t erase it and if they did we took the time to back up the computer so that it would be on the cloud if anything. they erased it and said they lost all my data and there was nothing they could do when they said if they had to erase it they’d call me before hand and never did. don’t come here they don’t care about your stuff because it doesn’t affect them, you have to live with their mistakes. i’m never coming here again.

  I recently upgraded to a new MacBook at the Apple Store The Falls, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was honestly very nervous about transferring all of my information, but the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. It really felt like they knew exactly what they were doing and genuinely cared about making sure everything was set up perfectly for me. I can’t say enough great things about this store. The customer service was truly outstanding—such a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Nice people, nice place, specially Chris, I am not sure that the way the name is written, the guy spent more than two hour in order to solve my issue. He was confident all the time, and he made it, at the same time he was paying attention to other clients without affecting my time. super thanks!
