- BSBenjamin SchumacherApr 6, 20261.0being going for 20+ years both new and old location.today our 20 year old cat cant walk and needs to be put down..we called and they told us 1 hour wait.we told them we were on the way and as we were pulling up they called and said it would now be 2 hour wait..HOW VERY UNSENSITIVE to the situation. BTW to put down a cat is 360.00. This place used to give the best customer service. Not sure what happened but there are other vets on the beach.We went to another and only cost was 180.00(i wont promote the other vet but they are located on 71st)

My rescue pup had a lot of problems and a few scary Emmergencies, the team are genuinely animal obsessed. Any concerns ask for Alexis (kennel manager) he’s extremely gentle and intuitive with animals. He makes the whole place extremely special, my dog races to go in there to hang with him. Thanks everyone there
