My experience at BestBuy was simply unacceptable. I waited over 30 minutes for a PS5 Pro that the staff claimed they were bringing from the warehouse, yet nothing happened. On top of that, even though there were three of us, they insisted we could only purchase one unit, which is absurd and completely unreasonable. The staff showed zero urgency, zero communication, and zero professionalism. This was a total waste of time, and it’s honestly shocking that a major retailer like BestBuy provides such poor customer service.

Que mala atención
Fui por un producto que solamente estaba en esta tienda casi a una hora de distancia
Solo para que al llegar personas con mala actitud desde la persona en la entrada hasta el gerente
En la app me marcó un precio
Y en tienda me lo querían dar casi al doble
Y una persona bien grosera me dijo que yo andaba buscando un producto más nuevo y realmente era el mismo producto que la app me dirigió a esa tienda
Al final NO quisieran venderlo al precio que está en la aplicación si al precio que ellos querían
Diciendo que el gerente decía que solo podía bajar 50 dolares cuando era mucho más que eso el precio en la app
Realmente les falta tacto para tratar a las personas
Creen que uno es ignorante o no sabe nada
Si tenes la oportunidad de ir a esta tienda
Te recomiendo desaprovecharla totalmente

Es un lugar al cual nunca había ido y tenía muchas ganas de ir,si bien es un lugar de unos cuantos pisos en su mayoría es parking, se accede por acensor a los pisos y salis al parquinkg y de ahí hacia el fondo a encontrar los locales,que no son tantos. Encontré buenas ofertas en la tienda de electrónica, el ross que hay es pequeño en comparación con el resto de las tiendas de la marca. Podes acceder por tranvía gratuito desde la av Washington y la Lincond rd. Te deja a pasitos de la entrada. Cruzando la calle encontras un Burlington ( también pequeño)

Dear Management- I’ve been standing in the checkout line for over 30 minutes now. Literally watched 6 seperate people give up and put their purchases down (zero exagguration) - because they gave up waiting. You’re losing money. 1 cashier, 4 people in line. This is ridiculous. Feel like someone should care about the $$ I’ve just watched you lose in 20 min. Can’t imagine all day.

Thanks 🙏 for sales man William and the gentlemen of geek squad who help me today.after I was turned around with no help from the lady working on geek squad who did not even try to help me finding a charger for my old laptop not even trying to look for one it was an initially no we don't have.i was going to walk out the door and was going to go buy a laptop somewhere else.when I try looking for a charger there comes mr.william can I help u with anything mam.i ask him what I need he show me where all chargers where and ask me to give him few seconds he will be right back.and he did stay there with me found me one.took me to geek squad look for a gentle man forgot his name but thank so much to look at my old computer and didn't charge me.thanku.so much .then mr.williams I ask him information on a new laptop and we went back to look at it they had it in stock.this 2 people are awesome!!!! And know their job and know where everything in stock is.i am very happy with my new purchase and thanks for telling me about the hand bag for it.i am so glad William u had suggested it I love it to I can put my laptop in it my wallet and my phone.thank.u guys the best.
