Nunca lo entregaron y dicen que alguien firmo la entrega. Al contactarlos para reclamar por el producto deciden lavarse las manos y decir que no pueden realizar el reembolso ni hacer la devolución. En resumen compre un reloj de 500 usd que nunca recibi ni me devolvieron el dinero. La peor experiencia de compra que he tenido, pésimo servicio al cliente, pesima garantia, pesima empatia. He perdido horas y horas intentando solucionar y no me ayudan para nada. Cero recomendad, pongo una estrella porque no hay cero.

The worst that can happen is the purchase doesn't work and you just bring it back to them even if it's out of the factory warranty. They take it back no questions asked.

Fuimos a recoger un pedido de Google Pixel 10 Pro y realizar un trade-in, pero nos negaron el servicio alegando que "no somos ciudadanos estadounidenses", a pesar de presentar identificaciones legales válidas. Es un acto de discriminación flagrante y xenofobia. El gerente se escondió en la parte de atrás y se negó a darnos la cara. Lo más grave es que el personal falsificó la entrega en su sistema, marcando el producto como "entregado al cliente" cuando jamás lo recibimos. Para colmo, se burlaron de nosotros al salir de la tienda. Si eres extranjero o turista, evita este lugar a toda costa
