    Terrible best buy. Customer support is non existent, had to beg for them to check inventory. Asked for a specific product spec and was told it would work — it didnt. Waiting in line to pay was unbearable. Do not come here.

    Uma completa má vontade por parte de todos que me atenderam. Fui à loja para buscar uma caixa, na saída me dei conta que havia um buraco no papelão. Fiz questão de voltar e abrir o pacote na presença de um funcionário para a segurança de todos. Na minha entrada: "não é comigo, procure o Customer Service". Ok... lá fui eu. Uma extrema má vontade. Depois fui procurar outro produto do meu interesse, a vendedora não sabia o que era (o que é perfeitamente compreensível) mas naofez a menor questão de me ajudar ou de saber o que era. Péssimo. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Que morram de fome

    My total shopping experience was better than excellent. I had an extremely helpful sales person, who assisted me with the purchase and stayed with me until it was completed; but more important was my delievery. Mr. Chaigo and his assistant carried a refrigerator to its location and made sure it was installed properly. They brought all the needed supplies and excelled in all aspects. This made my day and my experience with Best Buy a real winner. I want to thank the Best Buy Geek squad for having Mr. Chaigo as a member.

    Ya he subido mi opinión a Google. Pero es importante reiteraron para advertir a los clientes. Fuimos el 26 de enero con mi familia al local y nos atendió el vendedor Edgardo. Consultamos por la PS5 1tb. Nos preguntó si vivíamos ahí o eramos turistas.... Nos dijo que el precio era de 550 dólares pero que si la llevábamos en ese momento estaba en oferta y quedaba en 450 dolares. Eso nos convenció y aprovechamos para comprar también una laptop. Junto con sus compañeros de trabajo demoró unos minutos para darnos el recibo mientras hacía un "acting".. Eso nos llamó la atención pero ahora entendemos que sirvió para que recibamos el ticket y ni lo veamos. Al llegar a nuestra casa vimos que nos había cobrado 550 y la oferta era un engaño para vendernos la PS5.. entendimos también porque quería saber si eramos turistas.. Atención turistas a los engaños en best buy con el vendedor Edgardo. Nosotros por confiar hemos perdido 100 dolares

    My local Best Buy; been coming here for a few years. Well-stocked, easy parking (for the Beach), fun mural, pleasant and helpful employees. Was here for Switch 2 midnight release last year, and they managed it very well and I had a lot of fun. About a year and a half ago, bought an open box TV with helpful advice from an employee after I was dissatisfied with audio latency in another TV purchase there. Didn't get extended warranty because I have never had issues making TVs or monitors last before, and unfortunately the TV, which I loved, died suddenly a few weeks ago. When I took it in, Geek Squad guy told me it was dead and not worth repair. His tech advice was sound, but then when I expressed disappointment with a TV dying just a few month out of warranty and asked if there were other solutions I could pursue, he started lecturing me on capitalism and planned obsolescence. I asked to speak with the manager to see if there were any other solutions, and Kim, the manager, was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. She listened very patiently and was very understanding about my experience while also calmly making Best Buy's position clear, and ended up working out a small discount on another TV for me. Her associate, Gissell, did an excellent job helping me find the new TV, and also had excellent customer service skills that made me feel welcome and appreciated. This time, I bought the extended warranty, and both ladies were patient and helpful in choosing the most reasonable option that still provided the coverage I want. Overall, in spite of some tech dying early (buy the warranty!), and some tone-deafness from one associate, the overall excellent customer service from employees like Kim and Gissell, along with the clean atmosphere, easy parking, good management for events like Switch 2 release (THIS store had enough consoles for just about everybody on day 1, by the way, even without a reservation!), and good stocking, all keep me coming back here for my tech purchases.
