  Tuve muy desagradable experiencia con mi compra en esta tienda ya que los empleados te atienden con muy mala predisposición hasta sin mal educado. No volveré y no la recomendaré una lástima que tan prestigiosa marca como esta se vea opacada por gente así

  Compré el iPhone 17 con el vidrio templado hace un mes marca Belkin. En el momento que lo compré la vendedora me explicó que tenía 2 años de garantía el vidrio templado para los que no residimos en EEUU. El glass resultó de MALÍSIMA CALIDAD y no protegió para nada mi celular. Me comuniqué con varios asistentes de Belkin durante toda la tarde y todos me decían cosas distintas pero ninguno me dio una solución a mi problema ni me enviaran un nuevo glass. Encima que es de mala calidad ni cumplen con entregarme uno nuevo. Nunca más compraré ahí y hablaré de estos en mis redes sociales. Que decepción!

  The store manager at the Apple Store on Lincoln Road was extremely unhelpful. I went in four times because my new iPhone 17 Pro Max had WiFi issues from day one. Each visit resulted in a different explanation : VPN, software update, AT&T but no real solution. When I spoke to the manager, he suggested I completely reset the phone and manually transfer all my photos and videos to another computer, claiming there might be a bug in my iCloud. This made no sense, especially since my iPad uses the same iCloud without any issues. He also discouraged me from visiting another store, saying I would get the same outcome. I’ve been an iPhone user for over 15 years, this device was under warranty, and I have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. This was not the level of service I expected. I contacted Apple Support directly, and they immediately shipped me a replacement phone. It works perfectly. I recommend calling Apple Support rather than relying on this location.

  Booked appointments for iPhone repair and iPad repair . Arrived at the location to find out that the repair parts for iPhone is not in store and the iPad will be replaced, however, that particular iPad wasn’t in store . The appointment was booked a week prior. This was a complete waste of time and trip to Miami beach which could have been prevented with proper preparation. I could have been advised that the parts and iPad weren’t there and that could have saved me a trip.

  Un buen lugar, grande, atiende a muchas personas a la vez, pero a veces se ven superados y se comienzan a desorganizar, en mi caso terminaron atendiendo una persona que estaba detrás mío antes que a mi, se los reclamé y no me dieron demasiada importancia, después lo demás bien, el lugar y la calidad de todo, pero bueno a lo mejor es solo mi opinión.
