When I pointed out that everything was being deleted, she disregarded it and continued. I was left without access to both the new and the old phone, lost all my data, and spent more than three hours in the store trying to resolve the issue. The manager was indifferent to the situation. I do not recommend this store.

Finalmente uno me atendió bien y me guió uno a uno los productos. De todas formas debería ser mejor la experiencia de compra. Buscar la manera de personalizar la experiencia con un vendedor que te guíe. El local esta bien, tenía los productos que necesitaba.

It doesn’t even have the basic features I expected ( it can’t zoom out, and the performance is nothing like what I was promised). We left extremely disappointed. The customer service was far below what I expect from Apple. We felt ignored and brushed off despite clearly explaining the issue. The manager Alex did not improve the situation, rather than trying to understand or assist, he came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping resolve the problem. Their attitude made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating. I feel like Apple’s customer service has really gone downhill big time!

O vendedor havia confirmado minha compra por 3x e mesmo assim não entregou os produtos corretos. Voltei no dia seguinte e fiz a troca de um, porém tive que pagar a diferença. Perdi meu tempo, gastei mais com uber e ainda tive que pagar a diferença do produto. Sempre verifiquem os produtos antes de sair da loja!
