  Shoutout to Ayanie at Best Buy customer service—she was super helpful, patient, and actually took the time to explain everything without rushing me. She also put me onto the membership and broke it down in a way that made it really worth it—I ended up signing up. Best customer service I’ve had in a while!

  Una gran marca pero esta tienda en especial tiene la mitad de productos retirados de stock, asi que no hay suficientes productos.

  como muchos comentan, parece que NO quieren vender, te hacen sentir que te hacen un favor por escucharte y atenderte, muy mala experiencia. Fui una vez para ver computadoras y productos open box, de las pc’s me explicaron todo, cuando les dije cuál quería y por la que iba a volver al otro día, NUNCA me dijeron que no había stock, para los productos open box me enviaron a un sector, cuando llegó, la chica se da vuelta, y me dice, no tenemos nada de eso (le creí, pero me pareció raro) Al otro día vuelvo, para buscar otros productos open box que encontré en la página, voy a ese lugar y la atención arrancó con “necesitas algo?” De muy mala gana, les explico y me dicen, open box es por allá (el día anterior me habían dicho que era ahí) a su vez le consulto para retirar la pc (que se retiraba ahí según me habían explicado el día anterior) y me dicen, para pc es por allá, me lo dijo el mismo vendedor que ayer me había “asesorado”, me voy al lugar que me indicaron, vi pasar 2 vendedores que al hablarles no estaban disponible, a los 20 minutos llega EL MISMO que me mandó a ese lugar, cuando le pregunto por la PC me dice, de esa no tenemos stock, pregunte por otros modelos similares y siempre la respuesta era la misma, “de esa tampoco tenemos stock”. Después de buscar entre 5 o 6 posibilidades (porque necesitaba requisitos más que marca) me di por vencido, entendí que seguir preguntando era escuchar la misma respuesta. Ahí terminó mi intento. con respecto a otros productos, vi que comprarlo ahí o en la tienda oficial era lo mismo en precio.

  Worst customer service ever. I walk in to purchase some item and I was greeted by an associate that was very welcoming and helpful. The kindly ask me to wait by the phone section that someone will come and assist me. A few minutes went by and no one showed up, so I approached the same associate and ask him if anyone was coming to assist me, and out of no where another associate of West Indies decent responded to me rudely that there is a cue and I had to wait. I was not informed of this and to begin with then she walked out while I was explaining this. When I decided to go somewhere else she sarcastically said “bye have a great day”. Not worth the drive.
