  I am extremely frustrated with the service at Apple Lincoln Road. More than 8 days ago, they took my wife’s Apple Pencil Pro because it was defective. I was clearly told I would be notified within two days to pick up the replacement. That never happened. After waiting over 8 days with no communication, I went to the store today (Saturday) to get answers. Instead of a solution, I was told they have no idea what is happening with the order and that I should come back on Tuesday to “see if it arrives.” This is unacceptable. No updates, no accountability, and no clear timeline. This is not the level of service expected from Apple. This is covered under a warranty for which I PAY $20 per month by the way Repair No: R690173986

  Wonder assistance. Rocio and Wood spent over an hour fixing my MacBook. They both went far and beyond to solve a very complex issue with it. In the meantime, my daughters were invited to a drawing lesson on iPads to keep them busy. Attached are their drawings. Thank you again

  The best Apple in US hands down. Rápido, expeditivo, buena onda (todos los Apple son así pero este tiene un toque especial). El Genius Bar es Genius en serio.

  I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store on Lincoln Road in Miami! The service was outstanding and the staff was extremely attentive. The products speak for themselves… excellent quality and beautiful design. What really impressed me was the level of care they showed. Since I speak Portuguese, they made a point of bringing in a team member who could assist me in my language, which made the whole experience even better. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommended!

  Pésima la atención, no tenían intenciones de vender. Consulte por un celular y un reloj y me dijeron que el celular lo tenía q ver con otra persona, me acerqué a ese otro me derivó a otra chica y esa chica a una señora y así para decirme que estaba sold out el iPhone 17 pro le consulté por un 16 no me contestó o alguna alternativa me dijo que quizás en brickell conseguía así que me retiré sin comprar nada porque si quería el cargador y el case del que tengo actualmente 15 pro me dijeron que tenía q pedírselo a otro y a otro y así.
