I had an iphone 12 amd decided to go for the new Samsung Galaxy Fold 7, for those who dont know is the most expesive phone in the market. First of all the person who sold it to me was NOT nice at all. Zero costumer service skills. We had to put a downpayment for almost $500. He told us that the transfer from iphine to samsung was super easy...wrong!!!! That same day and since the transfer was not easy at all I had to go to Verizon again but this time I went to the Eau Gallie store in Indian Harbour. Ryan, the nice guy who helped asked if we got any deals on my new phone....and I was super surprised, because like Ryan said, we have been Verizon costumers for the past 19 years...so we should have been offered something!!!! Shame on SUCH big company and having poor costumer service! I expect an answer from Verizon and not just an appology
