Made an over the phone order to upgrade to a newer phone and the pickup was scheduled for the Palm Bay rd third party Verizon store. I get to the store and the order was still pending . Javiaire told me to cancel it and he would match the deal.I called Verizon support and spoke to a Mark who spoke to the sales rep at the store. Mark told him it looked good on his end. Javiera told him it was pending. After almost an hour I did what I didn’t want to do but really had no choice at this point. Cancelled the order and went with the store . Big mistake. Cost me a lot more upfront and do not have the $600 credit in writing or on my account. To me this store insisted I cancel my order so they could sell me and make the commission. Why did the phone agent for Verizon send me to a third party Verizon store and not to an official Verizon store for pickup ?? I feel like I was Scammed and couldn’t wait to get it over with. More than two hours spent when I was only going in to pick up my order. An order that supposedly was not received by the store. Always order and have phone sent to your home. Activate it yourself. Or make sure pickup is at an official Verizon store and not a third party store like Victra. They will get you to cancel the pickup order and upsell you for their commission .

My sister-in-law worked with Javiaire at this Verizon Authorized Dealer to purchase a new phone. During the transaction, he added a second line to her account without her consent, despite her explicitly telling him not to do so and being assured that it would not be added. After discovering the issue, she called the store three separate times, each time being told by Javiaire that he would fix it. He never did. When we returned to the store just before the 30-day window, Javiaire started the return process and then failed to complete it, passing us off to another employee instead that had only been working for 2 months and had no idea how to return a phone(poor girl had to FaceTime her manager for about an hour), all because he wanted to get home on time. As a result of this mishandling, we were stuck paying a $50 restocking fee, left with a case we can’t use, and were never refunded for a screen protector that is still attached to the phone. Management was completely unhelpful and refused to waive the fee, even though this situation was caused by an employee adding services without authorization. This experience makes it painfully clear that Verizon Authorized Dealers are incentivized to add lines without customer consent to boost commissions. That is unacceptable. This was deceptive, unethical, and completely avoidable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value transparency and honest service.
