    Best experience I've had at a Verizon by far. Please save yourself the headache and go here. It's a corporate office and they are great. Never go to the Best buy next door for anything Verizon related.

    Best Phone store i've ever been to! I went to another Verizon store in Melbourne and they basically tried to scam me with a bunch of unnecessary fees (they also gave me the wrong phone and charged me a restocking fee) I came into this W New Haven store afterwards and Justice took care of us! She was extremely professional and explained what was the best thing to do in my situation - gave us the best deals and got us all set up within minutes. Def recommend this store!

    BEWARE. During a visit to this store in order to access my account, a representative cancelled "Mobile Protect" on my device. I needed my mobile protect in order to repair my device from damage. Verizon customer service verified that a representative from this store did so. The reason I can best think of the representative did so is because they work on commission, that they wish others would not repair phones but rather upgrade. That hoping further the next time I needed insurance it would be easier to upgrade my phone than pursue the insurance issue, time and money issue the store caused.
