I went to another Verizon store in Melbourne and they basically tried to scam me with a bunch of unnecessary fees (they also gave me the wrong phone and charged me a restocking fee) I came into this W New Haven store afterwards and Justice took care of us! She was extremely professional and explained what was the best thing to do in my situation - gave us the best deals and got us all set up within minutes. Def recommend this store!
