Past tuesday 9.30, me and my mom went to this Verizon office in order to change my old phone. I ended up taking the new Galaxy Z Fold 7, for those who dont know this is the most expensive phone in the market. Thr guy who sold the phone to me was NOT nice, and rushed the process. And even though we have been with the company for 19 years there was NO deal offered to us!!!! Not even a penny in discounts!!
That same day I want back to another location of Verizon, to get help to set up my new phone, Ryan, the employee at this location helped me and said: what deal did you got for the phone??
He told me I should have gone to him!!!!
I felt like a fool!!!! I deserve a deal and a better costumer service! I expect an answer from Verizon.
