    Don't believe prices quoted. Get it in WRITING. My bill was DOUBLE, plus charges they could not explain. Went back to Spectrum at $90 for phone & Internet package.

    Greg at the Viera location is STELLAR and his customer service is beyond top-notch. We came in for a 55+ phone upgrade and it was seamless. We were even able to keep pictures of loved ones no longer with us and that attention to detail will forever keep us customers. Great job!
