- LWLucas WeinmanOct 14, 20251.0they have held my airpods without any email or text for 6 weeks. find my is telling me the airpods are at the store, apple also says they were delivered to the store and no repair was done. went in to just pick them up and i was told by travis i need an appointment to pick them up. to pick up airpods that i wasnt even given an email about??? Also its time for travis to drop calling people "G"

- ATAngel TorresJul 31, 20251.0Just went to get it repaired and they said they couldn’t for some apparent reason that I’d have to go thru Apple and did they directed me here and that’s the answer I got there warranty process is ridiculous avoid this location at all cost!!
- CKCory KeenanJul 14, 20251.0Don't waist your time. Answering service is in some other country. They can't tell you if they will fix anything even if you have specifics of what is wrong. Wait in line for 20 mins at your appointment time to be told it isn't something they fix.
- CGCamila GrecoJun 7, 20251.0Extremely disappointed. Took my old iMac to this geek squad to save all my pictures out of it and find out what’s failing with the computer. They sold me on the data retrieval service for $100. They did not clarify if there would be any additional fees. I assumed the service included everything needed for data retrieval. Then called me later to say it would be an additional $70 to purchase their external hard drive to store all the data. I denied and brought in my own external drive. Once all the data had been transferred, i went to pick up the computer and they had no answers for me as to what was failing because they did not do a diagnostic test, and explained that’d be an additional $100. This was not explained to me when I left my device there. I took it home and lo and behold NONE of my pictures had been saved. I will have to go back there Monday in person because they do not answer their phones there. Don’t waste your time.
