  Initially went to Best Buy looking for a portable speaker to sync with Smart TV for Husband with severe hearing loss and as a result he misses half of what is being said! We currently have a Bose soundbar too that still leaves him not hearing TV! They took us over to the Bose sound link plus speaker but did not know if it would in fact be compatible with the current soundbar? An employee was standing nearby and weighed in about not thinking it would. He then took us to other options with superior soundbars with enhanced sound for talking as opposed to background theatre type effects!! He was so bright and knowledgeable and determined to correct this hearing issue for my husband! His costumer service was beyond Stellar and he made the purchase getting us approved for 24 months at 0% interest!! We ended up purchasing a Sony 4K Oled Google 65” TV with the Soundbar that made the voice crystal clear and he set up all details of delivery to have installers pair his hearing aides to TV via Bluetooth capability!!!! We are beyond grateful for Chase Costello at Melbourne Best Buy. The Store had closed before we completed the whole transaction and quite honestly he could have not completed it then and there but he did!!By far the absolute best experience we have ever had making a large purchase at BB! Thank you Chase for your wonderful service to us!!

  We bought a Whirlpool fridge/freezer as a spare for our patio. Since we bought it 3 years ago, the item has been repaired 4 times. I talked to Best Buy and they refuse to replace the fridge. To remedy the situation, the salesman said for me to purchase yet another fridge, use it until the other fridge is repaired then return the newer fridge. This is such BS and I’m surprised they have stayed in business. We would never shop there again.

  Best Buy Melbourne is a nice place to go for electronics and such. I've have very good experiences here. We have bought all our kitchen appliances here and we are completely satisfied with the recommendations and the quality of our GE line that we purchased. The customer service is very good and so is the selection of products. No need to go elsewhere.

  I went to Best Buy tonight after work to buy a new computer motherboard that was on sale through today. Unfortunately, this was an exercise in utter futility because no one would come and open the case. To give an idea of how long I waited, I walked a novice PC builder through the entire build process component by component. After no one came, I went and waited in line in the computer checkout. It took forever and the family checking out were even commenting how awful it was. When they were finally finished, the guy at the checkout didn’t even have a key to open the display case, so he called for someone who never showed up. I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. When I was walking out, a lady was complaining to the person working at the door that she couldn’t get any assistance either. Absolutely unbelievable! It’s like someone figured they could slash the staff to save money, but now the customers can’t even get the products they literally want to purchase! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Best Buy ever again despite being a customer on and off for almost 30 years up to this point. This was just pathetic.

  Best Buy customer service in Melbourne is great. I bought appliances there. I had issues with my new LG back knob stove. The front right burner burnt out twice. I returned and had another one delivered. The same thing happened. I went back, showed them the photos, and chose a Whirlpool instead. He was helpful. I hope this stove will be better. These companies do not make them like they use to- every thing is more expensive and cheaply made.
