Had a very , and I mean VERY difficult time today at Best buy.
Simple task, buy phone case and phone screen protectors.
Siara made that very difficult, made something very simple feel otherwise impossible.
Terrible customer service.
Spreading misinformation.
Not paying attention to me the customer right in front of her.
Last but not least, chatting it up with her coworker who is off the clock instead of helping me.
She ruined the best buy experience for me.

I dropped my iPhone off at Best Buy on Tuesday to have my battery replaced. When the staff took out the battery, it exploded (apparently it happens). The young man said since it was apples error, they replaced the phone free of charge (13 pro max). Went to pick it up new phone on Thursday and he explained everything so well about the SIM card and to take it to Verizon etc. I am a terrible person and did not get his name (I was so stressed from not having int a phone lol) but I believe he was Chinese. He is a wonderful young man!

I went in to Best buy to purchase a blink security system they had none on the shelf so they ordered one for delivery to my home, it didn't show up when they said it was supposed to. So I had to babysit the app, they didn't knock on my door like they were supposed to in the instructions. With all the porch pirates these days you can't just leave electronics sitting on someone's doorstep, especially when the delivery instructions were to knock on the door. That was the first red flag, the second red flag was buying a blink security system that sucks! 🤣😂 I will never purchase anything from Best buy ever again, and I will never use a blink security system ever again. The entire experience from start to finish has been very draining, time consuming and energy wasted 🤦♀️

Everything is fine from the moment you walk in; they greet you politely. It's a shame that when you get to the Geek Squad counter, you're served by a man with such terrible customer service that I don't know if he's having a bad day (which he usually does, since this is the third time I've come back for my computer, and he's the one who has to help me with everything),
or if he's racist because I have a Latin accent or look Latin. He's not friendly, he doesn't greet you, and his customer service is completely lacking. I shop at this store because it's nearby, but next time I'd rather go further away. I recommend that if you get served by the man with glasses and a stubble beard, don't even go near him. Otherwise, the other employees provide excellent service; even his female colleague was smiling at her customer
