These sales associates are complete unprofessional jerks and could care less about helping you. The phone department manager will lie to your face to make a sell. I’m sick of ordering online and receiving products with missing parts! This world has gone to hell and Best Buy you’re there already!

Had to wait a small amount of time since the place was packed. Only reason for the 3. Other then that the person who made it at least a good review was the young man who helped me. Came in to buy a phone and he got me the phone I was in and out by the time I was helped within 10mins of the 30mins I was there. Not to bad but once it's busy prepare to wait for a bit. Other then that employees were great.

I made an appointment online and signified that my iPhone had significant damage that facilitated the need for phone replacement. I made the appointment yet the personnel notified me that their system was down, and they were unable notify me. I drove an hour out of my way, and all I got was a sorry, and the attendant went back to looking at her phone! Ooof what a burn to waste almost 2 hours of drive time!

I was persuaded in store to open a Best Buy Citibank credit card after being assured I would receive $275 in reward certificates that could be applied immediately toward a MacBook compatible USB. I did not want or need a credit card and had the cash to pay, but I relied on the representations made by the sales associate. The reward certificates were emailed to me but would not apply at checkout, rendering them effectively useless. I paid the card in full and canceled it, only to later discover a service charge had been added after cancellation. I then spent nearly an hour on the phone with a Citibank representative who assured me the issue was resolved and that a refund would be issued. Despite this, I received a call today stating the account was past due and that a late fee exceeding $30 had been added. While Citibank agreed to waive the late fee, I was told I would need to contact Best Buy separately to resolve the remaining balance. This entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful, time consuming, and misleading. The sales practices were dishonest, the reward certificates did not work as promised, and the billing errors continued even after cancellation. I have impeccable credit and should never have been placed in this situation. I strongly caution others against opening a credit card through Best Buy and its association with Citibank. This experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and entirely avoidable. Fast forward to January 11, 2026. I have been communicating with the official Best Buy Facebook support channel that I was specifically directed to, and it has somehow been even more disappointing. It is an absolute joke. They have been completely unhelpful, despite the fact that a Best Buy representative previously assured me that all charges added to this credit card, along with any late fees, would be fully reimbursed because I canceled the account prior to being charged. Now, once again, I am being told the exact opposite. This is the third time I have received conflicting information. There is no consistency, no accountability, and no clear resolution. Every interaction results in a different answer, and no one takes ownership of the issue. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in Best Buy’s customer service and internal communication. I just received a statement in the mail when I should be receiving a refund and they are charging me late fees

STAY AWAY! Deleting my prior 5-star review of this location from a year ago to give others warning, wow how things change.
Wife was having trouble with a Macbook that we purchased only 4 years ago from this same location. Called Apple directly earlier this week, who set up an appointment at Geek Squad for today to have it looked at/diagnostics ran to determine the issue. Typical process.
Wife drove 1 hour to this store, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be refused any type of service. No apology provided, tech refused to even look at the machine and treated her like an idiot. Did not even lay hands on the Macbook, nor plug it in to run the promised diagnostic. She was told Best Buy cant even accept the machine to look at it, because Apple has discontinued the product after less than 5 years. Without even glancing at the Macbook, tech was somehow able to psychically know she would "most likely" not find a third party who would be able to repair it, and they dont know "if its even possible to replace". Let her know she would HAVE to buy the new model that was in stock.
I have worked in sales and hate this type of tactic. Best Buy is still selling this same model with the M1 chip refurbished on their website - why could she not buy that instead if the device actually required a replacement. Management should really take a look at their employees, as I believe plenty of qualified people with basic customer service skills need a job right now in this market.
Way to lose a loyal customer.
