Decided to go the store & get help there. Frank was amazing. Knew exactly what I had & what able to fix the issue so I could get texts, make phone calls again & get back onto the internet. I was so relieved since I thought I was locked out for good! Frank was so helpful & really knows his stuff. He was so good, I even bought a new phone. I can't say enough about the service at this store. I would definitely go back.
