    ​Seriously, you guys have to go see Brandon Massey at the Verizon store. He was a lifesaver today! ​I walked in with a total headache over my bill—it was all messed up. Brandon didn't just point me to a 1-800 number; he jumped in and fought for me. He was my personal advocate with customer service and was able to actually fix the billing issue and, even better, found a way to drop the cost. I couldn't believe it! ​On top of saving me money, he was super patient and showed me a few cool tricks on my phone that I didn't even know were there. ​Brandon is the real deal—super friendly, knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about helping people. If you need help, ask for him! Five stars all the way! ​How does that version sound? Does it capture the "human" and personal feel you were looking for?

    Know before you go & becareful. The way Verizon Rotates personal. They are very tricky. Before you know it your in a new more expensive contract that's not any better then what you started with.

    Brandon Massey was absolutely amazing, he met us at the door and knew off the bat that we were not happy and immediately asked what was wrong. Once I explained what had happened and what I was needing he immediately apologized for the bad experience from the previous day and he immediately started fixing it. He went above and beyond and continued to make sure we were happy! I will from now on only be dealing with him.

    My daughter and son ordered their new phones at the end of September. They came in in about a week. They called us and told us they were ready. They went up there to get them and they said there was something wrong with the order they would have to delete the order and redo it, and they would call them when it was ready checked in on a weekly basis and finally went back up there Friday, November 7 over a month and they still couldn’t fix the problem asked to speak to a store manager said what there was not a store manager there and they could not give out store manager phone numbers After asking for help numerous times while they were working to try to fix the problem finally, one of the employees said while I’m acting store manager, and basically said that she didn’t care that I didn’t. My business would not help support her family very rude. The only one that seemed to help was the young manI believe his name was Miguel. Everyone else was rude.

    My mom visited the store this morning to get some assistance with her phone that is damaged. She wanted to use the insurance to get a refurbished phone but she was told that it will be best to get a new phone because she'll be paying the same price. She's 75 years old on a fixed income she doesn't want any more bills she just wants to use the insurance without a phone payment other than the usage.She left with an attitude from the young gentleman with a subliminal remarks. But I will be contacting corporate.
