  I recently upgraded my phone and watch, and went into the Macclenny, Fl. location. Brandon assisted me and my family in the transition. While in the middle of swapping phones, there was a nationwide phone outage and the process was halted. Even though it was not Brandon’s fault whatsoever, he went way above and beyond to ensure the process was as painless as possible and to have our phones working as quickly as possible (including working after hours for us). Having someone like Brandon to deal with is what absolutely keeps my continued business! He deserves a raise and/or promotion if you ask me.

  I came in today with some silly issues with my phone and JUDD B- he was so respectful to me and offered some really awesome solutions! I love that this store is in my city!

  My phoneswapped some things up on me including my calender and Brandon b from this location helped change it back to normal this is my 3rd place to visit . And he got evetyr single thing taken care of calender etc then tried to get me to swap to Verizon and respected the no as I just needed help.

  I came to Verizon for help with my phone spamming g pop ups. Can't use it. Brandon b helped clear it up it isbt all the way gone but its much better than it was! Thank you!

  First and foremost this store should be closed or converted to a corporate store. Upgraded my wife’s phone and she didn’t even get to pick the phone the phone was picked out for her . Come to find out there’s no promotions on this phone. So 36months stuck with it. She ordered a watch during the buy more save more event . We were told that we’d get a call when the watch came in . It was ordered 1/1/26 by us but wasn’t ordered by the store till 1/2/26 and delivered 1/3/26. We could see it sitting at the store per tracking # through the Verizon app. So during this time of waiting we couldnt use the hbo or Netflix or anything on The account cause we had to wait on the order to be completed from the watch being added to account. We were signed up for 2 Netflix subscriptions. And we were told our daughter’s phone was eligible for an upgrade and we asked about it and we were told any Verizon will honor it. Well 2 weeks later we got the watch had to go in there and catch them by surprise. And we went to another store for our daughter’s phone and it’s wasn’t eligible for upgrade. Cellular sales you are failing being a Verizon contractor/authorized retailer. I feel corporate needs to over see this store and see how this store is being ran into the ground. First sales rep was Ruthie Bentley and 2nd was a guy with no name tag and both failed us.
