  Worst experience ever, never go here!! The receptionist was mean and the place was empty and they didn’t want to take my dog!! I had been using VCA for more than 10 years and never had this bad treatment. So disappointed

Thank you for giving such excellent advice, care with the best bedside manner!! You are AMAZING professionals!!! Jennifer, thank you for making our appointment happen. You were so patient and kind and worked so much on our behalf, so we could be seen today.   So I could say that Odin is an angel pup who could never do any wrong and he’s just misunderstood. But I’m not that kind of person when it comes to dogs lol Odin is a wild child. He’s extra loud. He’s reactive. & he’s very protective of his family. He scares the daylights out of most people. So much so that it makes his check ups in the clinic SO difficult. But they tolerate his wild self and take good care of him. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about VCA and especially this location. I’m truly grateful for all that you guys do. Thank you for loving our fur babies!

  Lady at the front desk wouldn't sell me a particular dog ear cleaner I was looking for because I didn't have an account with them. You also screwed yourself on any future business with someone that is newer to the area and needs a local vet later on.
