Marissa's product knowledge was outstanding and she went out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant experience while I waited. I've been to that particular store before and often walked out with a bad taste in my mouth. However Marissa was a breath of fresh air. I hope that Verizon promotes from within as the organization would be best suited using Marissa in a leadership role. Please recognize her talent! -Jim Webber

When I do that I found out that the sales guy Ron added more items to my account and didn’t give me the same deal. Tried to make my bill go up over 80$ a month and blamed it on the system that did that. He also signed in my place on the bill without my knowledge and didn’t show me anything until I looked at the invoice in my email after I paid. Then it took a total of 3 hours to get the SIM card switched over after he tried it so may times it said I had to go to a corporate store to prove my identity. Overall he tried to make me pay more and authorized things I did not want or know about and signed my paperwork for me which is a big problem.
