- TSTopher SissonDec 19, 20251.0They seem pretty good but what vet isn't.No matter what you take your animals in there for they find a way to charge you a minimum of $400. I took my puppy in who was hypoglycemic and I was charged almost $800 and then when I went back for the recheck the next week they charge me $50 for a puppy visit even though we were already there. $50 so they could weigh her and check her heartbeat which they were supposed to do anyways for the recheck. I'll be switching my 4 dogs to another vet.

My normal vet and now Ex vet would not see her i. A timely manner and wanted me to take her to the emergency vet. Mind you I just had a really tough month financially as I own a small handyman business. So I didn't have the $ for emergency care. So I took her to VCA bc they got me an appointment for the ver6 next morning and the first visit was free so that helped tremendously. They did charge for the medication but told me to pay it when I am able. Even if it was a week or 2 before I could. The vet and all staff were great. They are my new vet for my pretty kitty 😺

The people were so friendly. They were not pushy. They did not try to push things on you that you did not need the vet and the Tech were extremely thorough and informative. I even got a goodie bag and I also made another appointment for my other dog within a few days, this is an A+ plus bet I highly recommend thank you VCA Cypress Creek animal Hospital for a great experience.
