- JKjosh klemkaOct 25, 20255.0I've recently rescued a simiese kitty, her name is Luna, she is between 1-2 yrs old. She recently got sick with a viral infection and was fading fast. My normal vet and now Ex vet would not see her i. A timely manner and wanted me to take her to the emergency vet. Mind you I just had a really tough month financially as I own a small handyman business. So I didn't have the $ for emergency care. So I took her to VCA bc they got me an appointment for the ver6 next morning and the first visit was free so that helped tremendously. They did charge for the medication but told me to pay it when I am able. Even if it was a week or 2 before I could. The vet and all staff were great. They are my new vet for my pretty kitty 😺

The people were so friendly. They were not pushy. They did not try to push things on you that you did not need the vet and the Tech were extremely thorough and informative. I even got a goodie bag and I also made another appointment for my other dog within a few days, this is an A+ plus bet I highly recommend thank you VCA Cypress Creek animal Hospital for a great experience.
