I was discouraged. Struggling with my brand new iPhone 17 pro’s service. I go it for Christmas, I was excited. Anyway, walked into the store, told him my issue, “have a seat” he said, “you won’t be here very long.” Damn, okay. He opened his iPad and went to work. His fingers typed, tapped, and swiped so fast i’m surprised the device didn’t burst into flames. He got on the string to tech support, gave them the instructions. They got the phone activated, he made sure it was linked to my original number. “How can I ever thank you?” I said, “Call your mom and tell her you’ll be home for dinner,” he replied.

From the initial inquiry to the final transaction, Cyrus went above and beyond. Cyrus had to facilitate a sale at another location to accommodate my daughter who lives hours away at college. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly understand our needs, but he also offered to reach out to that location and explain the situation. He followed up several times without being pushy, making it a smoother process by coordinating between stores on our behalf. While we know your sales department works on commission, Cyrus, spent well over an hour 2 different days to make this work for us. We appreciate it so much!
