  love this store. they always get done what's needed. all the staff is nice and helpful. even tho anything you do in this store is a process they get it done!

  Absolutely wonderful! I was having an issue with a phone purchase pick up and went to the first Verizon store in Live Oak and had terrible service. I then went to this location and the young man at the desk when you walk in was fantastic. He diligently looked into my issue, checked everything he could and finally found the answer, and got me headed in the right direction. He was fantastic. The young lady behind the main counter, not so much, but not everyone’s born with a sense on urgency and a knack for customer service. They need to promote that great young man!

  Brett Warner…. Where do I begin. Cool, calm, collected. Have an issue with your Verizon service or phone plan? No you don’t. You just haven’t met this guy. I was discouraged. Struggling with my brand new iPhone 17 pro’s service. I go it for Christmas, I was excited. Anyway, walked into the store, told him my issue, “have a seat” he said, “you won’t be here very long.” Damn, okay. He opened his iPad and went to work. His fingers typed, tapped, and swiped so fast i’m surprised the device didn’t burst into flames. He got on the string to tech support, gave them the instructions. They got the phone activated, he made sure it was linked to my original number. “How can I ever thank you?” I said, “Call your mom and tell her you’ll be home for dinner,” he replied.
