  Decided until the day of to let us know they need a fecal test for their grooming appointment. After paying the money to get the rabies vaccines and everything up to date before the appointment a week prior.

  Prices are absurd. My dog has a UTI they quoted me $500!!! For a visit, a urine test and medication ... Went to another vet all the way down in Miami. For everything was $145. Fecal test is $90 plus the $80 of a visit. For anyone paying these bills out of pocket I would recommend to shop around. I went to 5 different vets, these were the most expensive BY FAR. The closest one was $300 and they included a follow up visit and second round of meds if needed. They are very nice and attentive and the app is very functional but you're paying way too much for that. REPLY* Unfortunately this place is a corporation and a franchise. If you go to the mom and pops shop you'll see you'll get the same or better quality care at a fraction of the price. Corporations care about money more than anything else. No reason why a simple urine test would cost 2-3 times as much here than other places except for greed and people not knowing that they can shop around for these services. I came here because it's sponsored from the humane society and the first check up was free. Please call different places and verify for yourself, you'll be happy you did.

  We've used vets all over the country and this office is outstanding. Kind, courteous, and professional, they always impress with their consideration and customer service. From the front desk to the Docs in back, this place is top notch!! Very happy to have them in the final years of our beloved fur baby.

  Very disappointed early this morning my dog started choking and I became very concerned so I called the clinic very concerned about his well being.Dr willie has been my vet for 25yrs going back to weleby clinic in sunrise I was loyal to him and he has always been my vet. I called asking for help crystal told me that there was no vet available until after 230 pm and she would not be able to give me an appointment until the next day.I said my dog was very ill she said there was nothing they could do. You would have thought that she would have given me advise or attempt to assist me to find me a place to go for emergency help. While my dog was ill I had to find a vet while assisting my dog. I found a vet and got the help I needed. It is a pity I had a 20t year relationship with Dr Wille.I am saddened that I could not get the help I needed what a pity and shame. I had a. emergency and I needed a little help a true pity
