    Make sure you go to a corporate store they messed my lines up being charged for a phone I don’t even have spent over 10 hours over time in the store trying to get it figured out took about three months to get it figured out was told a manger would get back with me to explain everything and crickets

    I came in as a new customer ported 4 lines received a promotion that did not require a trade in. However I was told if I trade in my phones I would receive credit on my account, so I left 4 phones there. Fast forward I'm getting my first bill no credit called Verizon turns out the phones were sent BK never inventoried, and no credit was applied to my account. I had to open several tickets to receive my credits which totaled 1400 dollars. And after serval follow up calls I ended up receiving them eventually wouldn't recommend going here. Not to mention I sent 6-7 hours in the store.

    I received an email that a purchase was made at this location, which is over 8 hours away from me. I tried to call about the purchase, but I'm unable to speak with an actual person at this location. On the receipt, the salesperson listed is Chevy F.

    After a FULL day on Verizon chats and no solution to my problem. Walked into this store and the tech knew what the problem was and fixed it within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this store.
